I didn’t tape the box in case they ask what is inside and the senior colleague there refused to tape the box. I had to drive back home 10 miles to tape the box and return. I am a tax payer and this is what kind of customer service we get. What a shame.

“Unable to deliver your package, no secure location” How much more secure does a covered, private entryway with a door get? No problem…I’ll just stand in line for 40 minutes at Christmas time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DON'T BOTHER CALLING. HEY POST OFFICE, SINCE I CAN'T GET A REAL PERSON TO TALK TO, YOU DELIVERED A PACKAGE FOR ME IN THE PARCEL LOCKER AND THE DOOR IS COMPLETELY STUCK. I CAN'T GET IT OPEN. MY NEIGHBOR TRIED TO HELP AND ALSO COULDN'T GET IT OPEN. HOW DO I GET MY STUFF PLEASE?
