Went to the store knowing that they have a few people work there and was expecting to wait. Stood in the store for 10 minutes two people were working with others. They did not even acknowledge me by saying someone will be with you shortly. A woman came from the back office and stated loudly that she had to be on that meeting and went to work with a customer that was already being helped with associate. She too never acknowledged me that she would be with me. She went on to ignore my presence. I finally stared to walk out and the woman associate shouted that she would be with me and that she was just signing in. The customer service in that store is extremely poor . Associates should always acknowledge the customers by stating we will be with you shortly or let the customers know that the wait time may be a long wait. DO NOT IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS POOR SERVICE

This rating reflects only to the sales associate Gabe. He was very welcoming and patient the whole time making sure to explain in detail everything that was going on, he was more than helpful with the whole experience of setting up a new phone. Would recommend specifically asking for Gabe for any questions or help. Eva was the opposite, a week prior she was not very helpful nor inviting and the point of that visit was to cancel a line and ask questions , she didn’t even cancel the line.
