“Service and knowledge of their products are essential key to this nursery. Trees, bushes and plants are great. Through the years we must have planted 20 + trees ! First place I went fall my garden plants too! Oh their flower baskets are something to behold! You won’t find these anywhere else! Healthy gorgeous baskets for the entire summer! Pricing is very fair!”

When I needed seaweed extract and mycorrhiza for a plant rehab project, this was the first place I went. Their selection of top-notch growing products is unmatched, whether you're working with tropicals, orchids, vegetables, or everything for a propagation tent.
What makes Eden truly invaluable is the convenience. I'd have to drive an hour or wait at least three days for a package if this store wasn't here. Sometimes, plants just don't have three days. I’m so glad to have this local resource available for all my gardening needs.”

“My go-to supply store for everything I need for my ducks. I don't own other farm animals but the selection here seems pretty good for pigs, goats, horses, etc. They even have a good supply of cat/dog and other domestic animal supplies. They do have a small outdoor garden area, but their selection is limited due to space. I have gotten a live Christmas tree here and loved the price for the size. Definitely an excellent one-stop shop!
Edit: still my go-to spot and they recently added some really cute high quality dog tags that I LOVE. I will be updating all my pets to these tags.

“Higashi Nursery is an absolute gem and hands-down the best place to find a Japanese maple. The selection is incredible, far beyond what you’ll find at Home Depot, Lowe’s, or even local nurseries, which mostly carry stock from Monrovia. The trees here are noticeably healthier, better shaped, and clearly cared for with love and precision.
This nursery is run by a kind Japanese woman who, at 71, still tends to every tree by hand. She and her husband immigrated from Japan in 1974, and he personally hand-grafted every tree before retiring. While they no longer graft, she continues to grow new maples from seed and shares her deep knowledge generously, guiding us on everything from soil mix to watering schedules.
If you’re local to Seattle, it’s absolutely worth the trip. Just make sure you bring a truck or van, along with plastic bags and string to secure your trees. They accept cash and card, but there are no returns or guarantees, so follow her advice closely. This is not just a nursery, it’s a labor of love. Don’t miss the chance to get a truly special Japanese maple before she retires or sells the property.”

“We been going to Double 4 Tree Farm since 1999 when we moved here. It's our annual tradition every year to select on first Saturday in November and cut and bring home the
day after Thanksgiving. We even decorate our tree when we select it. Fun time for our family. It's our favorite place during the holiday season.”
