Melinda let me keep the car at their shop the whole time without charging me. She even called the machine shop they work with and knocked $1500 off my bill. “Honestly, this shop is amazing. I have brought multiple trucks here. And the owner is a standup guy. He does great work and is honest and direct. Something that he has been lost in society. I highly recommend this shop to all!As I read through the comments, Mr. Ford has it ever crossed your mind that a surprise may not be a thing when you’re ripping some thing apart trying to diagnose it? Also when a place is as busy as this one because of treating customers like family and going the extra mile time and time again and do you not think schedules fill up or do you assume they should build a skyscraper off the side of the shop hire employees pay more taxes just to accommodate your car? Hardly worth a one star review and reading that was shameful especially when the company nor any of its employees did anything wrong. You are trying to affect the livelihood of an entire group of people and for what? Being a spoiled brat”

“Great service. Great staff. I came in for an oil change. They did not have my filter on hand , but they got in no time flat and got me back on the road. The lead technician, Tom, was very professional and made sure the job was completed quickly and accurately. Price was great, too.”
“Well I have been to 3 jiffy lubes in the last 2 weeks trying to figure out why I am leaking oil from my filter and this is the only one that has stopped the leak as far as I can tell, the first one said it wasn't tight enough the second said it was too tight, this one finally got it to stop leaking. I will be back in a week to check on it just to be safe.”

“My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It’s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn’t trained in how to do this & I didn’t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society! Thank you Dave”
