“The pharmacy had me on hold with one call ahead of me. Answered to say they would be right with me... put me on hold again that eventually rang and then hung up on me. Just to call back and then have 2 callers ahead of me. I'd give lower stars if this was just for the pharmacy. When I went in person they had several people behind the counter with no one else in line, and it took them a while to even acknowledge that I was standing there. Other than that the store is nice, clean and the staff in the store were friendly.”

“I just had my prescription transferred, and the fact that they answered the phone was already 100% better than Rite Aid. I hope it continues to be an easy process.”
