“I was recently there on 11/11 for gastric bypass and stayed till 11/13. I had a rough recovery while there. Lots a nausea and pain. The nurses and especially the CNA’s were absolutely amazing and caring. You can tell they love their job and take it seriously. I appreciate the staff there so much!!”

They really explain each medication quite throughly right down to how many calories you need in your stomach if food is required. I am so impressed with these people. “I Love this PharmacyI've had many other Pharmacies mess up prescriptions and I'd suffer greatly without til worked out. I've only had it happen once at bartells where they didn't tell me they switch my med to a generic and when I got home I took it and got horribly sick from allergic reaction. I called them and they said they'd exchange it. Not only this they fought my insurance hard for hours to get my meds approved. They made everything work out. I have suffered many times from other Pharmacies not willing to battle for me but I have been battling celiac disease, Celiac Artery Stenosis Disease and am hypersensitive to same reaction as gluten to fillers or overly processed stuff so the staff really went all out to help me. I wanted to acknowledged how hard they work. Alexia and Reilly are Amazing!!! Whole crew is!!!I'd be in the hospital if it wasn't for them fighting for me. I have internal bleeding and need emergency surgery! Thanks staff!!!I won't go anywhere else!!!”

“It's taken oover 10 minutes to get a hold of a pharmacist on the phone, but the pharmacist was nice and was patient with me when I either misheard them or didn't understand something they said. Overall I'd say this is a good pharmacy but also think there are small improvements to be made”

“Over the past week, our family signed-up online to get immunizations here. Mr. PARAS DOSHI is an excellent, professional administrator of immunizations. We had minimal pain in our arms after all of our family received Covid-19 vaccinations. He also administered our annual flu shots. This pharmacy- and grocery store- is located in an underserved neighborhood where homelessness and affordable housing are at a breaking point. This pharmacy and the grocery store are what this neighborhood NEEDS as an anchor business. I witnessed Mr. Doshi interact very well with an underprivileged individual and made arrangement to administer him a flu-shot immunization-- I presume free of charge-- but I'm not sure. I will return next year for our annual immunizations. Thank you Mr. Doshi-- please know that you are appreciated.”

“For me, this pharmacy has been A-MAZING. The staff actually know my VOICE over the phone, went out of their way to learn how to pronounce my difficult last name, and when a particular anxiety medication for my son was on backorder, Emily went WAY out of her way to find another pharmacy (even one that wasn't Walmart!) that had some in stock. My experience has been many of the customers are rude and expect things from these Pharmacy Techs that they aren't legally able to do, and I just want to say thank you to the Tacoma Walmart Pharmacy for always being there for my family.”

“This Walgreens is quite clean, and the layout is functional. Employees seemed efficient and friendly. There was only one cashier working at the time I shopped there, but they do have two self checkouts. Unfortunately both of the self checkouts were down and required another employee to come up from the back to reset them. Still, one of the nicer Walgreens that I've been to. Items seemed decently stocked.”
