The owner took her own personal time to drive all the way to my house and drop it off so I wouldn't go without. I'll never forget that kindness. The staff is wonderful and the owner is amazing. “July 5, 2025: I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. Convenient location, always have a great experience. A few months back the pharmacist pointed me to the Jardiance website to save over $160 on my medication. I’m just retiring this week, so that was huge for me. I may be moving close to them and can ride the city light rail that stops right by the pharmacy so I’ll be able to have close access.”

“Beyond excellent customer service. Due to circumstances out of my Control, I was having a difficult time getting my baby’s antibiotics. The pharmacist went out of his way to make sure he got them. My baby was in pain and I am very grateful. While I was in the pharmacy, my older son with special needs ran into the back and grabbed a banana off of a desk. I was overwhelmed and a little embarrassed. The pharmacist was very understanding and even let him have the banana. He was so kind. They really care about their customers. I moved to another town and I will still do business with Mega Pharmacy. I’m a customer for life.”

“We have made numerous visits here to pick up several medications. The refill process is easy to manage on MyChart to include Rx requests. All the employees I have encountered have been really nice and helpful in helping us to receive the Rx discounts which truly assists in the reduction of copays. The wait times are reasonable, usually less than 15 minutes. I love that they offer a variety of snacks and candies. I usually grab some for the road! LOL!”

“I switched to the Walmart pharmacy (on Union Ave in Tacoma) from CVS last year due to a change in insurance. It has been a fabulous experience. We have been using the pharmacy for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. Every time I call, I get a person right away and they are always extremely friendly. My prescriptions are filled quickly. When I have been in person, everyone is always friendly as well. This year, my insurance changed again, and it actually has CVS printed on my insurance card as the preferred pharmacy. But we are sticking with Walmart. The prices are comparable and the service is great. 5 Stars!”
