I don't understand how deli workers can't slice deli meat correctly. They have a slicing chart and still get it wrong. Also employees need to be trained on the difference between PRIMO Taglio Genoa Salami and the other salami they carry....nothing worse than paying a higher price for the better salami than getting home to find the cheaper stuff. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve been going to Safeway since I was a little kid and customer service has gone downhill. I paid for some ice, and I didn’t notice that they had any bags left inside, so I went to customer service and the woman there was extremely rude. I told her I paid for ice and there was none left and she said “well it’s all outside and it’s locked.” Didn’t offer any refunds or help on getting any ice that was outside or anything. Just venom in her tone that told me “get out.” My mom had to go back for it.
This same woman has also accused me of stealing in the past at self-checkout when one of my items was mis-scanned and said “I watched you do it!”
I can’t believe Safeway gets away with this.

Stopped to get some food from the Deli. My daughter went in and ordered some Sesame Chicken, and to say it was inedible was an understatement. The chicken was black it was burned so bad, and hard as a rock. The quality here is nonexistent and shameful.

I was there on Sunday with an emergency cake situation and the ladies working in the bakery around 1:00 were AMAZING. They created a wedding cake replacement for me in very little time right as they were about to leave too! They deserve raises or something because seriously they were just absolute blessings ❤️

I have lived in Graham for 46 years. I went to Graham Safeway today. They have grocery carts that lock up when you are in the parking lot. My cart locked up and I wasn't close to my car! A nice young man picked up the front of the cart and pulled it to my car. I will no longer go to Graham Safeway if I can't get my groceries to my car. That is horrible customer service. They worry more about their carts getting stolen than their customers.

Went in the restroom, and an employee who was obviously working in the food department was using the toilet while wearing his work apron that he uses while preparing food. It was literally drapped around the toilet while he was going #2. Unreal gross.

This is my go to grocery store. They love me little doggie. She stands on her pillow w her two front feet up looking out the front.
