“I went there with my mother-in-law. Turns out we were supposed to reserve an appointment before coming in with our request. So we were told that we can do part there and then part on the phone. Long story short: they end up taking us without appointment, so we didn’t have to call back or come back again.Great customer service! Even being overwhelmed as the only bank in Granite, they manage so much and they still do it with a smile on their faces!!
