“The USBank at Lake Stevens Safeway is, without question, the best bank I have ever been associated with. I have never dealt with more professional, knowledgeable and fun bank staff. Every person in the branch is personable, well-qualified, and always polite in every situation. It is a pleasure to go into the branch personally when you cannot complete a transaction online. I've never had banking before where it is totally enjoyable to go into the office. Thanks in particular to Raghav for his patience and expertise the past couple of days in taking care of my needs with my accounts. I highly recommend this location to anyone.”
“I just wanna give a shout out to Deanna, Katie and Edgar at the Lake Stevens branch. Every time I enter the building, they greet me with a smile and by My name! I visit frequently at least twice a week for personal and business needs. All three of them always handle all of my needs quickly and efficiently! I always look forward to seeing their smiling faces every time I visit! I just wanted to tell them thank you and let them know how much I appreciate them! I recommend KeyBank 10 out of 10”

“I had the pleasure of working with Eryn today. He helped me secure an auto loan and now I have a beautiful new car sitting in my driveway. He was super kind and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely my best car buying experience ever. Thank you so much 😊”
