“Everything to go to this post office I'm greated with a smile. They are always willing to do what they can to help. My experience has been way better service than at the bigger post offices.”
“My newborn’s important govt ID documentation was previously misrouted, resulting in a failed delivery—despite the mail preview being visible in the USPS Informed Delivery email. When I visited the USPS Lake Stevens office, they provided me with the Carrier Annex phone number. Upon contacting them, the staff promptly assisted me and ensured the mail was delivered the very next day.”

“I am an online retail who frequently has to ship packages. This store has always gave me a fast exsperience and has even given me extra boxes when I needed to change sizes. As well as always being helpful and answering any questions I had.”
