“Stopped in after a phone call to see if we needed to replace the timing belt on my wife's Subaru Outback.I couldn't believe how much they cared about helping us in an honest knowledgeable assessment to determine if we needed the work done or not. If I'd taken it somewhere else I'd been sold a bill of goods and never know the difference just paid for work not needed.I will go back to them in a heartbeat for any work I'll need in the future.Honestly is hard to find anymore.Absolutely this is a great shop and I highly recommend them!”

“The owner Bob is a great guy! He had my car up on the lift in a matter of minutes and inspected my vehicle in a matter of minutes! Resolved my concerns very quickly and had me on my way! Normally a charge to inspect it but I let him know I was low on funds and will have to buy the parts second hand! I will definitely be going to this shop because of the kind employees and the family owned business! I was very sorry to here about his father Joe passing! Thanks Joe's Automotive!”

“So I had some issues with my 2003 K2500HD. I had driven it to WY and back (2000 miles) and thought an oil change and fluid check would be a good idea.During the inspection it was discovered that my transfer case was destroyed and there was maybe a half cup of silvery metallic liquid in the bottom along with pieces of metal. It was a good thing that I never engaged 4-wheel drive while on that trip. I also asked for the tires to be spun balanced and rotated and the oil changed. They installed a Jasper brand component which came with a warranty. That's cool. All the work was completed and they noted a dye-detected small leak of oil where the oil filter attaches to the engine, but that will be for another time.Then....about a week later I was out picking up dinner and my truck would not start. It would turn over but then die....no solid idle. I was able to drop it off at Benchmark and they found that the fuel pump has failed. I've owned the truck since 87,000 miles and never had that replaced so at 202,000 miles, I'd say it performed for quite a long while before failure.Of course I had a FULL tank of gas, but they worked through all these things and got my truck beck and running. The pros at benchmark are great. Your vehicle problems are solved when you take them there.Services: Transmission”

“Great experience with Millican Crane. Got my job done even though I had limited information to give them. Called back to when I had a question on the job and explained it so I understand.”

“We had two oil changes for our two cars done. Had no problems at all and the price was exceptionally reasonable. The location is good being centrally located in Kingston near other businesses.”

“We were so lucky to find Lloyd the owner of Coleman's Mobile Diesel & Mechanical. He helped us out big time after we broke down just south of Gympie. We were towed by RACQ to his place and he sorted out the fan, re-coring the radiator and we got him to do a service and check the brakes whilst it was there. Great communication, very happy with the work and also very happy with the price we were charged. Thanks Lloyd, keep up the great work.”

“I am a long time resident of South Whidbey but until this week did not know about Morgan's Automotive services. I purchased an Expedition from Ben a few days ago . We found a leak in one of the brakes, Ben said to bring the truck back, he looked at the problem and fixed not only the one brake that had a leak but did all four. A VERY BIG job. They were polite, courteous, professional and took the time to explain everything he did. I would recommend Morgan's to anyone who wants to insure reputable repairs from long time islanders who treat you like family.Service: Auto brake repair”
