“I don’t often take the time to write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to share. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well.
Aside from that experience, I ship from this location frequently and all the employees I’ve dealt with are equally friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers.”

“Recently, I came here to have my passport photo taken. After the photo was taken, the employee and I realized my shirt was too light to show up properly in the picture. I mentioned that I could come back another day wearing a different shirt, but the employee (I forgot his name but he was a taller guy) kindly offered to grab his own jacket so I could still take the photo that day.
Thanks to his thoughtfulness, I was able to submit my passport renewal right away instead of having to make another trip. I’ve had other positive experiences at this location as well, but this one really stood out because he went above and beyond. Thank you again for letting me borrow the red flannel! I shall remember this every time I have my passport stamped haha.”

“Last week before Mothers Day I went to the UPS store to have Mother and Son,'s photos printed. Agent Malick was above and beyond helpfull. He paid attention to detail and was so Kind he even got me a chair to set down as I am in my 80's and a little woobly.
All of the employees at the Maple Valley UPS are Great quick and effecient. However Malick is the the Champion 5 STAR.”

“The UPS Store in Klahanie is always so helpful and is our go-to place for shipping/business-related stuff. Most recently, we had a great experience getting our passport photos done here. The owner, Chanto, and his staff are really friendly and helpful.
