4580 Klahanie Dr SE, Sammamish WA 98029
“The UPS Store in Klahanie is always so helpful and is our go-to place for shipping/business-related stuff. Most recently, we had a great experience getting our passport photos done here. The owner, Chanto, and his staff are really friendly and helpful. They gave us good advice (I didn’t know we should wear a dark shirt for the photos) and they were also very responsive when we followed up over email and on the phone. Thank you!!”

“I’ve been doing business with these folks for the last two years. In that time, the staff has always been kind, welcoming, and willing to help. In a world where that’s not always the case, they have consistently been a bright spot in my day. I look forward to working with them for all of my small business shipping needs in the future.”

“I don’t often take the time to write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to share. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well. Aside from that experience, I ship from this location frequently and all the employees I’ve dealt with are equally friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers.”

“Great store - always helpful and friendly. Had to have a poster printed for my son's presentation very last minute and they did it for him and it turned out perfect. The manager also followed-up the next day to make sure it was done and was done to his needs. THANK YOU!!”

“A gem of a post office and well worth the extra drive. Why? No long lines and employees who are genuinely pleasant. There’s a reason it has loads of five-star reviews when others don’t!”

“Recently, I came here to have my passport photo taken. After the photo was taken, the employee and I realized my shirt was too light to show up properly in the picture. I mentioned that I could come back another day wearing a different shirt, but the employee (I forgot his name but he was a taller guy) kindly offered to grab his own jacket so I could still take the photo that day. Thanks to his thoughtfulness, I was able to submit my passport renewal right away instead of having to make another trip. I’ve had other positive experiences at this location as well, but this one really stood out because he went above and beyond. Thank you again for letting me borrow the red flannel! I shall remember this every time I have my passport stamped haha.”

“Excellent service by staff today. They were very patient with my last minute requests (seconds away from closing time) but also helped by scanning my package again after a glitch from Amazon. Thank you for helping. ?”

“This is by far the best UPS location in the area. The wait time is minimal—especially compared to the Maple Valley location. The younger gentlemen, Cade, has immaculate customer service. He always gets people in and out quickly and is extremely respectful. I go out of my way now to go this location.”
