“This is by far the best UPS location in the area. The wait time is minimal—especially compared to the Maple Valley location. The younger gentlemen, Cade, has immaculate customer service. He always gets people in and out quickly and is extremely respectful. I go out of my way now to go this location.”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but this UPS Store definitely deserves one!
I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and honestly wasn’t sure if they would still be able to help me since I had several documents that needed to be certified and notarized. Not only did John accommodate me, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
John was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to carefully review everything, made sure all the details were correct, and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time.
I also want to give a shoutout to Jaedan. While John was helping me, Jaedan did a great job taking care of the other customers and keeping things moving.
Before coming here, I stopped by at the UPS Renton location first closer to work, but they weren’t able to help me. I’m so glad I decided to come to the Kent Kangley location instead.
This wasn’t my first time here, and honestly, every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always helpful, professional, and seem to care about their customers.
Thank you, John and Jaeden, for the excellent service. You turned what could have been a stressful errand into a really positive experience. Highly recommend this location! ?? ?

“Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”

“Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way.
What stood out most was how genuine and friendly she was. Mackenzie is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation while she helped me. “I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”
“Picked up a load here and had a smooth experience overall. GPS brought me straight to the location with no issues. After entry, I backed up and parked along the fence, then went to check in with my license and DOT number.
My appointment was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived early and checked in at 12:30 PM. They gave me a door with instructions not to open it. If you’re picking up a frozen load, make sure to pre-cool your reefer to -10°F, or you’ll have to wait until it reaches the desired temp. Someone will check your trailer temperature and then direct you to back into the door.
Once in position, you’re required to disconnect your trailer’s air line so they can place a lock on it. Loading started at 1:30 PM, and I was out by 2:30 PM—so they were pretty quick.
Not sure if overnight parking is allowed on-site, but I did see a few trucks parked on the street nearby.”

“I was picking up a pallet from the depot. Finding the right place to be wasn’t hard, but knowing I was in the right place was a bit of a challenge. There were clues, obvious in hindsight; after following a freight truck through the south entrance, the signs for parking hung on the other side of the chain link fence off to the right, the lack of marked parking lines, another sign for will call. I think they expect you to come in the other way and then drive around when they tell you where to go wait. Anyway, if you come in the South Entrance first, park off to the right. Go up the ramp, walk in to the warehouse follow the windows to the right and get someone’s attention through the door. Friendly service, fork lift driver was courteous and careful and we had a very friendly conversation. Thank you for the safe delivery!”

“Steven and Gateway Crate and Freight did an amazing job picking up, packing and shipping my two heirloom hope chests from Seattle, WA to Orlando, FL. They took great care in making sure the chests were packed carefully so they would not be damaged and they arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them.”
“Wonderful experience. The gentleman there helped me enter all the shipping info and gave me different shipping options for sending a package to Thailand. And the price includes all taxes and duties to get the package into the country. This is definitely better than using those other shipping options. The package arrived on time as well.”

“Quick and friendly service. Small little postal shop. It looked like they offer UPS Fed-Ex, US postal, and others. They had everything you'd need to do basic shipping; a variety of boxs, envelopes, and stationary. They also had a corner full of really cool Hawaiian items.
The parking lot isn't the greatest but if your looking for someplace for your mail business needs, that's fast and not overly crowded, this could be your spot!”

“Last week before Mothers Day I went to the UPS store to have Mother and Son,'s photos printed. Agent Malick was above and beyond helpfull. He paid attention to detail and was so Kind he even got me a chair to set down as I am in my 80's and a little woobly.
All of the employees at the Maple Valley UPS are Great quick and effecient. However Malick is the the Champion 5 STAR.”
