“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! “I’ve taken my 2022 Tesla Model S (black -- aka The Dark Knight) to Metropolitan Detail Express maybe around 15 times (20?) over the 2+ years I’ve owned it. In that time, there have been two or three detailers at Express. I’m not sure exactly how long ago Jordan came on but his work has been top-notch every single time he’s washed TDK, including yesterday’s great ceramic wash. Pictures don’t capture it so I suggest you give Express a try and see for yourself.

“I work at MSFT. Seen this place for awhile but never went there due to the poor reviews. Anyway, I had rodents nesting in the engine bay of my beautiful immaculate Mustang GT the last week or so. Opened the hood up and saw some droppings and paw prints (to my horror). Called these guys as I was busy with work and John, the new manager (who is a few weeks into the job, but an experienced detailer) picked up the phone, fit me in the same day and cleaned up the engine BEAUTIFULLY for 40 bucks or so while I worked upstairs. He covered the sensitive parts with bags, sprayed degreaser and hosed it down. Very happy, will be back again as long as he is manager.”
