“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! Looks good as new! Highly recommended. They were on time too!”

“Rob has helpled me on two occations. Once advising me not to repair a transmission on my 2002 Trailblazer because of cost vs. vehicle value. A second time rebuilding my 2009 4Runner transmission and replacing the transfer actuator, transefer, transmission, and diff fluids, rear engine and diff seals when he had the transmission out. He is a clear communicator that provided us with practical cost options every step of the way. He isn't out to just get business. His shop is very busy and he fit us in to a tight schedule. He and his shop are knowledgeable and do great work. Too bad he doesn't fix enginess too. ;-)”

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for my oil changes or tire issues or whatever the issue.They always are pleasant to work with and take of the customer. Tonight at 5pm I came in because my tire was losing air and, on the spot, they detected it was a valve issue and took care of it for me immediately so I didn't have to leave it overnight to get fixed the next day. “When we don't get great service, it's so easy to complain, but when we receive exceptional service, it often goes without any recognition. My mom has been a loyal customer of this location for years and only uses Chevron gas for her car. She was gifted a gift card that she was hesitant to use since she wasn't familiar with it but to her surprise employee from inside the store came out and asked her if she needed help (she must have seen the worry look on my mom's face) ! “This shop, and Mark himself, are amazing. I have lived in this immediate area for more than 30 years, and I never knew about this shop. I found it because other shops here were not able to handle the failure of the big battery in my 14-year-old Prius. Mark went far out of his way to save me a big amount of money by searching all over for a used battery computer (which proved to fail also), blocking one of the bays in his shop for 3 or 4 weeks, and not charging me for it. To top it off, the total cost of this extensive repair (and that included regular maintenance) was close to only half of what a Toyota dealership would charge (I know, I was calling everybody, including the dealerships). The car is now driving like new, and everything is working in it. How could I miss so many years of great vehicle repair and service?”

Replacement was done quicker than expected and everything went smooth as can be. The gal who helped with everything was super friendly (Thanks Ingrid), and this was as perfect of an experience that I could ask for. New Windshield turned out great, and the extra car washes are a nice bonus. Would happily come back again if ever in need.”
