Customer service is very poor and not pleasant to deal with.Since when does a bank not accept a deposit slip with checks and cash bills unless your name is on the account? Cause BofA does this since the new year!

Horrible customer service from Vivian and her middle-age Korean woman coworker whose name is Chong something. They used disrespectful and mocking language with the “soft and professional” tone. Disgusting!

This branch allowed a crook to fraudulently withdraw thousands from my elderly mother’s account. Did not properly check ID either. Banks fraud dept is a joke to deal with. Extremely unhelpful and untimely. Ultimately trying to tell her she did it and not providing any proof to cover themselves. I’m consulting with an attorney and will not be silent on social media. Ridiculous

Don't go there, customer service is remarkably bad.Went there on Saturday to have my wife's last name updated. 'Assistant Manager' was neither able nor willing to help us in this matter, the best she could suggest is to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks ahead on a working day (with both of us working).That's just to update a single record in their database.She did not have any other acceptable solution for us, and refused to let me talk to her superiors to get the issue sorted.PS. BECU branch across the road solved the same matter for me within 10 minutes from my walk-in.

At the time I wrote this, this branch has a yelp rating of 1.4. So I guess I'm just piling on but confirming that this is a place you should never go, and never do business with. They can't even manage to answer their phone no matter how many times you call during their banking hours.

This branch is a mess. The staff is unprofessional, talk loudly in a non English language that nobody understands which is extremely rude in a work setting. Their courtesy and manners do not have any place here. Bank of America if you want to run a professional branch get rid of the entire staff and hire a new one.

It says Drive Thru ATM in the name and everytime in the past 12-16 months i have gone by their drive thru is always “closed”. I am in a wheelchair and it takes an extra 20 minutes just for me to get in and out of my car. This branch is not making it very accessible for disabled people. I’m probably going to close my account due to this.

Very incompetent people. They have a business line set up and you stand and wait for 10 minutes, looking at you the whole time and never once tell you that they no longer have a separate business line. Get rid of all the signage then!

I went into bank of america today, because i just needed to exchange my $20 for two rolls of quarters. Mind you, i have gone into PLENTY of banks that i do not bank with for change and they have never had a problem giving me change. I Tell the lady i just need change, she looks at me all snooty and asks “do you have an account with us?” Which i politely replied “no maam, but i just need change” she looked me up and down like i was some peasent, and said “yeah sorry we dont do that here”It would have taken 2 seconds, considering i was the ONLY customer in the bank.Since when do banks not give change? I ended up going to chase bank next door, and they gave me my change no problem.

I was thinking the customer ahead of me was being rude because of the issues she had depositing checks… then i was the next person and saw exactly why she was rude. “Management” should take a course in customer service. Not impressed and happy I’m not a BOA customer.

Though staff is friendly and helpful this branch is always understaffed for tellers. There are 3 windows but almost always only one window open. Meanwhile there are one or two people floating with tablets to help with check deposits. Plus, I don't appreciate being approached in line and asked YOU'RE DEPOSITING CASH TODAY? CASH RIGHT? This is unacceptable breach of MY safety and security. Ask if you can help me deposit a check. Ask if I need help with the ATM. DON'T ask me TWICE in front of a line of 10 people if I have cash to deposit as I'm carrying a generic bag to be DISCREET. This is NOT the first time it's happened. If I didn't have to stand 30+ min in line to do my transaction and the manager wasn't already behind closed doors I would have reported this then & there. Please teach your people to be more security and safety conscious. That was just ridiculous.
