Huge shoutout to Dane at Batteries Plus in Bellevue.
I own Lovecraft Events, a boutique event lighting and entertainment company in the Seattle area, and I was trying to solve a replacement battery issue for some of our Ape Labs fixtures without spending a fortune replacing entire units.
Dane was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. He helped me figure out a custom battery pack solution, save some money, and avoid a massive headache waiting on expensive replacements from Germany. Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today.
