Address appears to be a residence (customer?) and not a business

Absolutely terrible first experience with Quantum Fiber. I scheduled an installation and waited all morning for the technician, only to watch him pull up, sit in his truck, then leave without ever knocking or attempting to contact me. Minutes after he left, the status updated saying he was there. When I followed up, I was told my appointment had to be rescheduled for two days later, even though I was clearly home and tried to flag the technician down.
This is completely unacceptable. I work remotely and had taken the day off specifically for this appointment. To make matters worse, the system claimed the technician couldn’t access the property—which is just false.
I’ve been with Xfinity for over 15 years and never experienced anything like this. I regret giving Quantum Fiber a chance. If this is how customer service and installation is handled, I can’t imagine the actual service being any better.

Terrible Service and Communication – Avoid CenturyLink at All Costs
I had an absolutely awful experience with CenturyLink as my internet provider. A storm on 11/19 affected their DSL line, and shockingly, they didn’t even realize there was an outage until their technician came out on 12/5—a full 16 days later!
Even after the technician finally reported the problem, I was told it would take about 10 days to fix. That never happened. On top of that, there was zero communication from CenturyLink about the status of the repair. I was left completely in the dark the entire time, without any updates or progress reports.
Ultimately, I had no choice but to switch to a new provider. This level of incompetence and lack of customer care is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend CenturyLink to anyone. If you’re considering them, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

i have used them for my business and we lost internet 2 days ago. No technicians available for a week. If your business can tolerate no internet for a week, i guess you may want to consider them. I have been unable to speak with someone in the states and been promised return phone calls but have heard nothing after hours spent of trying to find a solution

The worst experience I had with them. I moved to a new address and placed a move request with CenturyLink on April 11 for May 2 and waited. No one turned up on May 2 and they just pushed it to May 6 and no one turned up again. I called multiple times and after talking to them for over an hour today, it again got rescheduled to May 17! The service is the worst as I had to wait around a month to just get the connection moved to a new apartment and it still hasn't been completed yet. We'll most likely get another new connection with another ISP as we need to WFH and we can't wait another 2 weeks for them to again reschedule to a different date!

I've been waiting a month and a half for a competent technician to set up my internet. I've had 4 no-shows to 5 appointments, and the techs that actually showed up were incompetent and couldn't do the job. Customer service was dismissive and lied to my face.

Signed a fiber internet contract with them over a month ago. We still don't have internet service. The install appointment got cancelled and multiple calls only result in "any day now" and no change :(

The most incompetent and uncaring organizations I've ever done business with.
