“I was so impressed by the customer service at the Issaquah Geek Squad. They were on time for my scheduled appointment and helpful for my I phone issue. The rep that helped me was through and made sure to ask if I had any questions. My problem was not solved as I just need a new phone. That’s ok though because they were not pushy at all. On top of that though I could not help seeing how kind the rep next to me was treating a customer in a wheelchair. He was patient as she counted out cash for her transaction and then asked her if she needed assistance with her purchase out to her car. It’s rare to see companies go above and beyond. I would recommend them and will return in the future.”
“I have bought three computers there over last 6 years and each time there was actually a human who was knowledgeable enough to figure out what I needed. I also bought my dishwasher there which was delivered and installed with no issues. If something was out of stock it came in within a few days.”
