“I bought a Kinesis Pro on Amazon and it had some problems with keystrokes getting stuck. I wrote to Kinesis about this, and even after two years of owning the pro, they accepted a return, and exchange. Both Leann and Robert were excellent to work with. I brought the unit back in person, and collected a Freestyle2 replacement. Kinesis make the best keyboards on the planet. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.”
“I was so impressed by the customer service at the Issaquah Geek Squad. They were on time for my scheduled appointment and helpful for my I phone issue. The rep that helped me was through and made sure to ask if I had any questions. My problem was not solved as I just need a new phone. That’s ok though because they were not pushy at all. On top of that though I could not help seeing how kind the rep next to me was treating a customer in a wheelchair. He was patient as she counted out cash for her transaction and then asked her if she needed assistance with her purchase out to her car. It’s rare to see companies go above and beyond. I would recommend them and will return in the future.”
“I went to recycle a monitor and a few mixed electronics and they accepted everything. I just had to pay for some ni-cad batteries. After that I browsed the shop and bought a used webcam. The employees were friendly and helpful.”
“Shout out Dominique for sitting with me for almost an hour and helping me get a new phone set up! She was really knowledgeable and helped me problem solve account issues with Google.”
“Great service with some folks that know enough to guide you in the right direction. Knowing what you want will help you though, as sometimes the options you are down are not always the cheapest to price ratio. So ask a lot of questions to make sure you are getting not only the right product, but the right product at the right price.”
“it’s very easy to get to and completely open to the public! There are lots of interesting things to see at the center itself, showcasing Microsoft's history and innovation. I enjoyed being able to buy souvenirs in the Company Store, but I do wish the prices were cheaper and more reasonable. If the merchandise was more affordable, I think it would be great for more people to wear Microsoft gear! Overall, a highly recommended visit for tech enthusiasts and curious travelers.”
