Everyone can carry the same product, prices aren't too different from each other. However good staff is hard to find. The young man Nate did a great job helping me in the fish sporting good section. He has knowledge, patience and a sincere desire to help. His service stands out. I had even voiced out before meeting Nate I would need help and other staff quickly walk away. Nate was the opposite wanting to help which led me to buy more than planned. If Nate ever wanted a job I'd hire him on the spot. Don't believe the negative reviews about race, these guys sincerely want to help and work. Issaquah location stands out

Got a mountain bike , hardly used it three times within 2 weeks and it broke down. $47 to repair !
Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

I stopped by Dick's today to look for some new comfortable walking shoes. I found a pair I thought was cute and asked the nearest employee if I could try them on. She said "those? really? are you sure?" Very rude! I said yes I would like to try them on, do you have my size? She called another employee over and didn't say anything else to me. I think her name was Sandiaya, I don't quite remember. The other employee she called over was very helpful, but I didn't end up getting the shoes. I felt uncomfortable because the first girl was rude to me. I walked by her on my way out and she ignored me. I will be calling the store to complain tomorrow. She had a horrible attitude.

We shopped the Dick's in Issaquah, WA. We picked 3 items off the 'buy one and get two free' display rack. We were charged full price for all three. I called the number on my emailed receipt and spent a good half hour explaining the mistake. In the end, the folks on the other end of the call were unwilling or unable to refund the incorrect charges and maintained that we needed to contact the store. I did so and the person I spoke with was apologetic but said we needed to get to a store to make the charges right. We went to the store in Bellingham which was closest to our location at that time. We were informed that one of the items was not qualified for the deal. I told the individual that the item was on the same display rack as the other two items. He said it was likely a mistake made by employees at the Issaquah store. I replied that was not my problem, but he still refused to make good on the refund. I had him refund all three items and let him know that Dick's lost us permanently as customers. My only regret is that we did not return the other two items we purchased (over $500). Shopping fatigue had set in, and I did not want to look for the weight set at other retailers. True customer service would have been to credit the two less expensive items (16.99 ea). In the absence of that happening we will no longer patronize your stores. We will also share our misadventures with our friends and online. The emailed sales receipt also lacked a subtotal and sales tax amount.

Store is well kept and lots of folks ready to assist you.Seems though every time I go there is crime happening either inside store or parking lot. This particular time my car was surrounded by police cause there was two stolen cars. One next to nine and one directly behind mine.

I have always found what I was looking for here. Tennis shoes, and socks are the items I buy. They have very interesting things when you can't find them in other places or only online. What I like from here is that you can try things first. I think there isn't to many staff members to help so I have to walk yo find someone. They helped some. In fact, we made a purchase there for an item and then it was sent to us without a problem. Easy parking and the view while going out is very nice in fall.
