DICK'S Sporting Goods in Issaquah is a go-to destination for sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. The store carries a wide assortment of footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands. Customers can find the lowest prices online and pickup in store. The store is clean, well kept, and offers easy parking with a very nice view. There are pretty sweet discounts as well. Many find exactly what they are looking for, including items not found elsewhere, and appreciate the ability to try things first. The knowledgeable staff and service teams can help find items, tune bikes, fit golf clubs, and set up equipment, with lots of folks ready to assist. However, there is limited staff, requiring customers to walk to find someone. Staff are sometimes seen talking to each other and not paying much attention, though they helped some. Navigation in departments can require help. A significant concern is crime happening in the parking lot or inside the store. Despite this, it is generally considered an amazing place to shop with good customer service.
Excellent customer service!! Dahlia (our cashier) was superb! She was extremely friendly, helpful, and offered pertinent information; guiding us to purchase just what we needed for our adventure! Her genuine enthusiasm to help was extremely refreshing! Give her a raise!

Ben is the man when it comes to softball knowledge. Recently joined a league and he helped me get acquainted with a glove, bat, and ball. Super knowledgeable being a player himself. Kaiden and Anthony were super helpful as well and quick to help whenever I needed assistance. Great team members/staff. Will be coming back.
