“The parkour classes are top rate, the instructors are highly skilled not just in parkour but in relating to students of all ages and skill levels. Even after coming here as a parent for 5 years, I am still learning valuable material on warming up, body weight exercises, communicating, etc. This gym has been a great benefit for my family.”

“I love going to CrossFit Issaquah! The coaches are very good, explaining the workout before the class starts and then during the workout they are making sure everyone has proper form. The workouts are tough but fun, exactly what someone needs to stay fit and build muscles. The location is great, having proper amenities.”

“Cascade Fit Co has been awesome! The overall vibe is great! The gym is spacious and clean. The members and staff are welcoming and supportive. The workouts are fun and the knowledge that you get from the coaches are inspiring. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible. Cascade Fit is a community that supports your overall well being. I highly recommend checking them out!”
“OTF Issaquah is great! I find the staff that is working at the front desk to be consistently friendly and welcoming. Like any location, the classes are fun and challenging. Lauren, Anica, Morgan and Kristina are my favorite coaches at this studio. They are friendly, familiar with the templates, good with time management, and provide helpful demonstrations with proper form and explanation. There are just a couple of things that would make this studio even better:1) Larger space. I wish it was bigger, like the studios in Mercer Island or Redmond. By half of the rowers and specifically with some stations on the floor, space can get really tight. This sometimes negatively impacts my workouts. I do my best to avoid 3G classes and also certain stations.2) A majority of the coaches here are amazing! Sometimes though you will have a coach that is not great with time management, not comfortable with the template, or mediocre at best with explaining it. I know this can be said for any studio and it’s unrealistic to expect every coach to be great. To help self-manage to this, I find the Early Intel on Reddit’s r/orangetheory super helpful!”

“CZ fitness is an awesome gym studio with a personalized training and nutrition program that Pete and Apple constantly adjust based on your goals, life events, dietary preferences etc. You also get to play with their gym dogs in-between sets!”
“This is my second year going to Kutting Edge. Love the 4:1 student instructor ratio. It’s just right in terms of watching for correct form versus the pressure of being over observed. The coaches are really good at fitness fundamentals and the system ensures members are slowly pushed to improve, reducing the chances of injuries due to a excessive ambition like with CrossFit. It’s also a nice open garage style atmosphere with fun music and golf academy sharing the broader space.
The caveats to be aware of are 1) Need to sign a years contract 2) The price per session can get expensive 3) There are many rules in place that aren’t obvious or listed clearly in one place around rescheduling, pausing, or rolling over. 4) Slots are limited, easiest to find slots a week in advance.
But as long as you go in aware of these caveats, it is friction you can put put up with in exchange for making your workout routine a success.”
“Jazzercise is such a great workout. I love that I get all my cardio and strength work done all at once. Plus the group of instructors at Issaquah Jazzercise are really good. Highly recommend!”
“This is an amazing gym with some great instructors and personal trainers. I worked with Cary, one of the master trainers and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. He is intuitive and very knowledgeable. I have had absolutely great results and he is one of the most generous spirited guys in sharing what he knows and really drilling down the basics before advancing. I know work with Zander as Cary got promoted. Already I have had promising results with Zander and he is very patient and excels on form. He is super attentive. I have been wanting to write this review for a while and am glad to do so finally!”

“A great place to workout, meet new friends and a community feel. The true superstars behind the desk are Mary and Cori. They go out of their way to welcome you see how things are going and tell you about upcoming club events.”
“Recovery Beyond is a non-profit organization that provides outdoor activities, fitness classes and adventures for people in recovery from substance (alcohol and/or drug) use. We partnered with Transform Fitness to hold a boot camp style class for our members. Jaime (the owner) has been amazing to work with since the moment we approached him with the idea. He has been so gracious, accommodating and willing to help us.
If you are looking for a cross-fit gym in or near Issaquah, I would highly recommend!!”
