“Debbie and her staff were so friendly and helpful today. I came in with my daughter today, who was having ear pain due to her ear piercing from 4 years ago (somewhere else). We are visiting from out of town and I was searching for a knowledgeable jeweler and piercer who could help figure out how to help my daughter. She helped us diagnose what was wrong and how to help it. She was so sweet to my daughter who was a bit nervous. She gently cleaned my daughter’s ear, the new earrings, with longer stems, got them in smoothly,and even gave us a bottle of solution to help keep the hole clean. She was so kind and helpful I asked her another random question. I had second holes done 20 years ago but stopped wearing earring a few years after that. One hole is still open but the other was closed half way. She expertly and patiently was able to get my earring in pretty much pain-free. I’m so appreciative for her help with both our situations and during such a busy time for them (right before Christmas). Oh so grateful.”

“This is the perfect shop: extensive assortment of beautiful well made clothing and accessories and exceptional service. I love shopping at Gilman Village and Bonnie at Serenity made our mother-daughter shopping trip so enjoyable. Charming and attentive, she helped us find what we were looking for plus much more . Serenity is now our go to store (also love E&A) so even more reasons to shop Gilman Village first. Reasonable prices, easy parking; we may never go back to the mall.”

“This store is such a cute store to visit. It is aesthetically pleasing to be in, has a lot of items to browse, but doesn't feel crowded. It is a fantastic store for gifts, home decor, or to treat yourself. Amazing selection from puzzles to shave balm to jewelry, to purses, to clothes, to home decor and items. I had fun browsing as did my teenager and adult daughter. Something for everyone. I thought prices were reasonable as well. Clerk was very friendly too. We will be back next time we are in Issaquah. This area is very cute and fun to visit.”
