CJ, the project lead, did an outstanding job. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the process. He kept us informed of any issues as they arose and actively involved us in decision-making. He also conducted regular walkthroughs to update us on progress, which we really appreciated.

CJ was also very responsive in addressing our concerns. He arranged for multiple cleanings to make our move-in smoother and followed up on smaller fixes and adjustments even after we had moved back in.

The construction crew was efficient, hardworking, and committed to staying on schedule. They often put in extra hours (sometimes past 10pm) to ensure the project remained on track. The craftsmanship was excellent—especially the fluted tiles in the bathroom, which turned out absolutely beautiful.

We’ve worked with other contractors on smaller projects in the past, and this was by far our best experience. The entire process was smooth and relatively stress-free. We felt well-informed throughout and are very pleased with the final results!”
