“We were shopping for front door hardware and assumed we'd go to Ferguson. Lo and behold, Ferguson only sells door hardware online. Fortunately we discovered Chown Hardware in Bellevue. What a great showroom! What great employees! Tim Murray was really helpful in the store, the product was delivered in a few days and I'm very pleased with the purchase. In the showroom I handled the hardware I was planning to order online (from Ferguson) and didn't like it at all. I found something I liked much more in person in the showroom.”

“We bought most of the bathroom fixtures, fittings, finish plumbing and hardware for our primary bathroom major remodeling project from Ferguson Home in Bellevue. Connor was very helpful in selecting parts and setting up the project on their website (which I thought was excellent, in terms of finding parts and availability). Their prices are competitive if not superior to the big box hardware stores, and the service was more personalized. Items arrived at our home within a few days of ordering, and substantially faster than shipping for all the other suppliers for this project. Shipping was also free, unlike the other suppliers. It’s best to make an appointment to come in, as the staff can get pretty busy at times. Highly recommended business.”

Bought my Alexa enabled water park of a shower here, and bluetooth heated bubble bathtub (K-1967GW). Very helpful team of staff at the store. Have worked with Sandy, Janelle and Rhe. Great communicators. There was some delays during peak COVID period, but that's totally understandable. Smash like and subscribe on my channel if you want to see Alexa enabled Aurora Borealis from your toilet. More expensive than laxatives, but just as relaxing.”

I placed an order online and was told I would receive $500 in rewards. However, there appeared to be an issue with the system or coordination between Crate & Barrel and Imprint. The Imprint credit card was repeatedly rejected by Crate & Barrel, even after I called Imprint around ten times and also contacted Crate & Barrel to update the payment method and resolve the issue.
Each time I contacted Imprint, they were “pleased” to inform me that there was no restriction on the card and that everything should work. But then the card would be rejected again by Crate & Barrel. This back-and-forth caused at least a one-week delay in the order delivery and created a lot of unnecessary frustration.
After multiple attempts and no clear resolution, I eventually had to use my own credit card to complete the purchase because the process was going nowhere. As a result, Crate & Barrel and Imprint effectively got to keep the $500 in rewards that I was supposed to receive.
A customer should not have to spend that much time going back and forth between two companies only to lose the rewards they were promised.”
