I have been going here for a few months now for my MTG related purchases. Really friendly staff and were willing to answer any question I had. They have a good website with the option to browse their single card selection to purchase and pick up in store. I couldn't find the dragon that laughs for sale but they do have a lot of other fun things for sale.
