The sales associate who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable about cats and clearly has a passion for her work. It is rare to find people who truly love what they do, and her care for animals was evident. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the information needed to take proper care of my pets.

With retail pet stores we all know the conditions the animals are kept in are not ideal. The staff here are passionate about making sure the people buying materials to take care of animals know what they are doing.
