Premier Storage is Issaquah's newest self storage facility, located on Gilman Blvd. It offers a solution for personal and business storage needs with all units being heated and individually alarmed. The facility features a large, convenient, fully covered load and unload area. Renters can use the moving truck for free. Access hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, 365 days a year. The manager is very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and is doing a great job running the property. The hallways and units are immaculate and the building is very secure, with limited access hours, surveillance, and individual unit alarms. The location is close to home for some and the windows have beautiful views of the woods. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond, making everything easy and seamless from signing up to renting a van or upgrading a unit. The service is excellent and highly recommended. A key feature is the fixed price guaranteed for the entirety of a one-year contract, with no surprise rent increases. Overall, it is a great property with higher security and great service.
I rented a unit here from April through August and highly recommend it! Jim is SO nice and helpful. The units, halls, building, elevators, etc. are pristine and very secure. The size I needed wasn’t available when I first inquired, but I gave my name and one was available less than a week later.

I brought additional items for storage in August, but was unable to commit to a firm date until the last minute. Jim was great at working with the situation to allow me the flexibity.. It was much appreciated.
