“I rented a unit here from April through August and highly recommend it! Jim is SO nice and helpful. The units, halls, building, elevators, etc. are pristine and very secure. The size I needed wasn’t available when I first inquired, but I gave my name and one was available less than a week later.”

795 Northwest Juniper Street, Issaquah WA 98027
“We started using them when we moved to the area in 2018. The building has always been incredibly well looked after and clean. We never had to worry about our things in storage. That would've gotten a four star review - they were great and better than anything else we've used. But they got five stars because of how they went way beyond over the last few months. We decided to move and needed to store our things before it got loaded. Ariel did everything to make this the easiest and most efficient move possible. Getting the units, dropping the units we didn't need, help getting a truck, loading and offloading by the movers etc - every single time the team made it as smooth as you can imagine. And ALWAYS with a smile. Not just brilliant professionals but great humans too.”

“I would like to thank Jose for his excellence of service as the site manager, at the Public Storage location on 221st in Issaquah. Jose was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time showing me different available units, going over expectations, as well as insurance needs. I left there feeling informed and comfortable with my decisions. I believe Jose is an asset to Public Storage.”

“The Rowley Storage staff were always pleasant and friendly. The unit was easy to get to and enter. There were no stairs and it was clean. We really like the added space afforded by the 15 foot ceiling. A good choice for you storage needs.”

6011 E Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, Issaquah WA 98029
“I'm not sure how excited anyone can get about a moving truck.... but we had solid service and no issues with our trucks (we rented here 3 separate times). We recently did a move from the east aide of Cascades to the West. This is hands down the best place we found going east of Seattle, unless you want/need to drive all the way to Yakima or Spokane.”
