Just went in for a simple service the other day, and without my permission or asking me at all, the service rep who helped me changed my coverage from Total Equipment Coverage to Verizon Mobile Protect, which cost more. He also signed me up to some Verizon Home service I never asked for. His name is Clayton, and this is not okay. The store employees should go through integrity training at the very least, and stop with this shady practices.

I am so upset and disgusted by the employees lack of customer service and basic human courtesy to want to help. Bald guy with black glasses told me to go **** myself after I told him he was being a real **** for his attitude. Will be canceling all of our services. DO BETTER. He’s really lucky my husband wasent with me.

The employees could care less about the customer. Remember, you employees work in the industry, most of us dont. Dont talk down to us because our knowledge is not the same as yours, thats what we went there for is help, Employees act exasperated with some of the customers, if you dont like your job, got find another one!! Rude employees not like some of the other. stores

I was in the store for 75 minutes trying to get internet set up. They were unable to do this. I am now receiving bills for this internet I do not have. When I go through the automated phone tree in an effort to fix this issue I shouldn't have to spend any more time on, I end up getting kicked off, because I do not have the account number for the account that I do not have.
Use anyone else.

Went in to get help with damaged phone. The sales specialist directed me to get a new one. When I said I would like to get it fixed using the insurance plan he was very unhelpful. Instead of looking upmy account made me look it up on my broken screen. He then told me about how bad the repair places were and did not help walk me through the claims process. My phone was very damaged and I was worried that the screen could not be replaced. He then tried again to sell me a brand new phone out of pocket when I expressed concer.It wasn't until after I went to another location that I realized how incorrect and misleading his information was. I was able to get my phone replaced using insurance. The other sale person looked my account up by number and basically helped me do the claims process. I will travel to the other location before ever going to Gilman Verizon again.

Corporate store in Issaquah fixed a complicated order issue the Verizon app created. The Employee Michael sorted out the situation and got us we needed. He was knowledgable and helpful, good attitude and friendly.

Clayton, the agent that helped me was awesome. He got me set up with a new phone, without any hassle or aggravation. He didn't try selling me stuff that I didn't or didn't need. An absolutely great individual to deal with. I was in and out in no time, also.

Very shocking customer service. I bought an iPhone 15 Max Pro. It arrived in the wrong color. I was told by Verizon customer service that an appointment was made for me at the Issaquah location and they had my correct color in stock. The manager said they didn’t have my color and I would be fine covering mine with a case. I said if I’m spending over a thousand dollars, I’d like the color I wanted. He said he could see a case on the phone I currently had. I asked if he bought a car, wouldn’t he want his color. He said that’s different. I couldn’t believe this was a conversation bc his tactics went on and on. I asked him to stop talking to me and cancel my order all together. He didn’t. He kept trying to get me to keep the phone sent to me. He said I’d have charges. I didn’t care at that point, I had to get away from him. Very unsettling.

My husband and I walked in to upgrade our phones and possibly my tablet, but we barely walked out with the two phones, and ended up not getting a new upgrade on my tablet. We were greeting very quickly from Adrian, but he was rushing us from the very beginning. He didn't let us compare different phone, and assumed the first one he showed us we were going to get, and we didn't get a chance to look at the tablets at all. We were in and out because we felt like we were being rushed out of the store. Not very good customer service. I was very disappointed this time. I usually have a very good experience but not this time.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Jeff, the manager allowed for an employee to talk negatively to me and refused to help me with the fact that I wanted the iPhone 14 Pro and he didn’t think it was a good idea because of the fact that the 15‘s are coming out. When I refused to do it the way he wanted things done I was asked to leave the store. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else and because of this I’m canceling my service with Verizon Wireless and moving forward to T-Mobile. Corporate will be notified.
