“They have different sales every week, and I absolutely love it! ❤ It’s my favorite thrift store. There are so many great things to shop for, and everything is very well organized. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming.

There are no individual price tags. Instead, prices are listed on banners hanging from the ceiling by item category. There are also no fitting rooms. The only downside is that the attitude of some of the volunteers could be better.”

“I've been going to the store fore about 2 years and absolutely love it! It's by far the cleanest, offers a wide variety of things and is the most organized consignment store I've been to. My son (who is 2) absolutely loves goung there and always manages to find something that catches his eye. My mom and I visit there as often as we can. We love all the staff and the overall store. We've always felt comfortable, safe and welcome. I currently live about 2 hours away from this store and I will always find time to go to Children's Trading Post. 😊”

“Wow!! What a find!! I had seen this place going to the Fern Hill Library and had been meaning to check it out. This was a great way to spend time going through antiques and better prices on clothes for than you’d find at any corporate thrift store and even some local stores. I would recommend anyone looking for a gem of second-hand market. Buying local is supporting local.”

“The Discovery Shop has alway been my favorite place to shop. Since I moved away my visits are less frequent but I ALWAYS gravitate to this unique and much appreciated shopping experience!”

“Met the regional management liaison at the store. Apparently this used to be the administrative headquarters, but when the the district expanded recently to fill the gap between central Washington (Cle Ellum) and northward to Renton, the administrative complex broadened and strengthened.

The outlet is now the local store for rhe regional offices and although the goodwill outlets are not polished, they have a reasonably high quality of merchandise that has simply been passed over for many months at the retail stores. Sadly, this is apparently the last gasp for items with questionable value which apparently will be edited from the system if not purchased.”

“Staff was very friendly! Witnessed 2 goodwill employees working with 2 special needs employees. They treated those young people like they were their own children. You 2 ladies are well qualitified and I applaud you all for making my day simply by being kind human beings. Thank you.”

“I have been here a couple of times. Never had a bad experience. The first time I got a beautiful set of crystal candle sticks made by Godinger. Absolutely gorgeous for 5 dollars each.
Today I purchased a couch probably from the 1980s. It was almost in perfect condition. They wanted 250.00 for it but due to a promotion I got it for 150.00.
The pillows that came with it were worth the cost alone. The day before one of the managers was just getting off shift so she had a kid help me. He was very nice. Held the couch for me until today when I went in and paid. I am picking it up on Saturday. I will keep you posted on how my experience goes when I pick it up. Overall so far I have had a great experience shopping there.”

“I get awesome textbooks and movies on major discount compared to major stores here. Love the staff, extremely nice and perky, excellent customer service. The company needs to pay them better and hire more folks though, the lines can get crazy.”

“I normally hate shopping at goodwill because they can feel unorganized, dirty and chaotic. But this store is far from any of that! I love how clean and organized everything is. You can see the effort they put in to make this store be at its best.”

“I find the best women's items and glassware! There's not a lot in terms of shoes, bags, and men's, but there's still a lot of good stuff. Everyone who works there is also super friendly. Just be patient finding parking.”
