“The Woodland Post Office is everything you could want from the US Postal Service. The staff have all been there a while and know what they're doing, which is always so helpful. They also form great connections with members of the community, and they go above and beyond to make sure your issues get resolved and your packages reach their destinations.Once every year or so, they let me through the doors with 400 packages to mail out and never make me feel like I'm a burden. I appreciate their customer service and positive attitudes immensely.”
“I had an issue with a USPS driver, and decided to talk to the manager at this facility to try to resolve it. The person I talked to at the counter was cordial and professional, and got the manager for me. The manager was friendly and attentive, and said he would address the issue. He promptly did exactly what he said he would do.... problem solved. I couldn't have asked for more, and the whole experience was refreshingly pleasant. It was an easy 5-star encounter.”
