Don’t piss these people off or you will never get your packages. They have a 1.6 rating for a reason. Worst post office ever. Time to fire everyone that works there and start over. 1 star is the lowest rating I can give you but it would be less if I could

Excellent customer service!
Good variety of packages for shipping. Large assortment of gifts cards and some greeting cards.
Smallish, clean, well maintained space.

Why do I even pay for a PO Box when they just return packages to sender? I literally gad a letter sent to my PO Box that was returned to sender because the PO Box was marked inaccessible because the Post Office was closed. By the USPS.
