Why do I even pay for a PO Box when they just return packages to sender? I literally gad a letter sent to my PO Box that was returned to sender because the PO Box was marked inaccessible because the Post Office was closed. By the USPS.

Only gave 1 star as the staff are nice in office. However I receive others mail weekly. My packages say delivered USPS parcel yet I have nothing. Would love to get my mail. And packages not the neighbors

The staff at the post office today were nice, professional and timely with no problems noted! This is a busy time for them so I appreciated their kindness
