Kerr Car Care & Quality Muffler Hut is a trusted automotive repair shop that offers complete services for both foreign and domestic vehicles, including muscle cars, drag cars, race cars, Mercedes, Jaguar, BMW, and Volkswagen. Customers praise the shop for its friendly and knowledgeable staff, who provide fast and reliable repairs. The shop is known for its great pricing and efficient service, often completing repairs faster than expected, such as fixing a car in an hour when a dealership predicted 2-3 hours. The team is helpful and patient, even assisting customers with urgent issues like alternator problems, ensuring they can make it home safely. They also perform comprehensive diagnostics for around $80, with the added benefit that the fee is waived if customers choose to have repairs done there. The shop's mechanic, who has extensive experience with hot rods and race cars, offers expert advice on exhaust systems, custom setups, and modifications, making it a go-to place for thorough and personalized service. While there have been minor issues with communication and hours, customers highly recommend Kerr Car Care for their professionalism, fair prices, and quality work. Whether for simple diagnostics or custom exhaust projects, they are a reliable choice for car owners needing expert automotive care.
