“5 star review from my very happy (but salty) spouse. He so did not want to be on camera to make a video review but it had to happen because what Chris at Same Day Auto did for his Audi made my husbands entire day ?
Story time, my husband always takes me to lunch on Fridays and while we are eating he stops mid wonton soup to tell me about the experience he just had with his car repair. Literally the way he was talking sounded like old school “they just don’t make them like they used to” talk. He was so effusive about the customer service and care. (The service: Chris made the scuffed bumper shine like new in under 15 minutes… “like magic” he said)
I said, “you know you have to write a review right?” - husband says… “You do it” So here we are bickering on camera in a three part post because google limits the length of the video ?”

“I was on my way to work and randomly decided to pop into McLeod to see if they might have been able to help me with my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The driver's side door was stuck shut and I couldn't open it at all. I was entering on the passenger side and hopping over. They immediately identified the problem and were able to fix it quickly. The cherry on top was the price was much lower than I was expecting! I hope I never have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I will be returning to McLeod! Thank you team!”

They took precious time and found parts for and their team did a stellar job. It took a while due to holiday delays yet they remained humble and amicable, completed it well, and hooked me up in ways other shops would not and could not.
They saved my truck and blessed me. A huge miracle which turned my life around. So thankful since the other shop said it was done yet Jim's Body managed to manifest it!

“I brought my 1956 Chev to Rob and Jon at Fenders & Fins after it was vandalized in a parking lot. The car is custom metallic blue and pearl white. It took 3 different paint venders to match the metallic blue to Rob and Jon’s satisfaction. Fortunately, the pearl white was easier to match. You cannot tell where the paint was blended on either color. In addition to the insurance work, I had them repair 2 small rust spots and finish re-clearing the rest of the car from the glass down. This car is a show car and Fenders & Fins work is excellent and the work was completed for the cost they estimated”

They're amazing.
I've had two cars fixed at Millen over the span of ten years. The first was a Toyota SUV, we were rear-ended and they had to replace the back door and bumper. Millen fixed it quickly and it came out looking perfect. The door repairs are still perfect a decade later, no flaws, leaks or issue. This one was smooth and fast, because Toyota parts are plentiful and easy to get.
I just ( today ) had another, much more difficult repair completed, on a Genesis SUV. This one was a real headache as Genesis parts are difficult to get. The Genesis dealership in Kirkland said that they would only work with a couple other local body shops, not Millen. Both of the Genesis recommended shops had terrible reviews. I went to Millen instead, willing to take more time to get my car back to like-new. Greg, one of the estimators there, went way, way, way above and beyond in this case. He couldn't get the local Genesis dealership to work with him, so he went all over the place to get genuine Genesis parts, sourcing them from out of state. The guy is like pit bull, once he grabs onto something he won't let it go. It took about nine months, but he got all genuine Genesis parts ( front bumper, drivers side door, mirror, etc, etc ) and they completed the repair. The final product is like new. The paint job is like a mirror, just flawless. Don't take your car anywhere else. These guys work magic. They are the absolute best.”
“I will say I did not get any work done here yet - but after getting the runaround for 3 months at one of the “big name” places on getting an estimate including multiple appointments in the middle of the work day and waiting months for the write-up, I gave up the chain place and found this shop. They gave me an estimate in 24 hrs, and corresponded with insurance promptly. They didn’t balk at me and my not-so-nice vehicle and were kind and timely. When I finally do get insurance in gear and get to fix my poor little work truck, I’ll be sure to come here as they didn’t harass me to make appointments, rent a car through them or any of that BS, just an honest shop and for that I am really grateful.”
