“Dropped my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They hadn't started working on the car at the scheduled time even after a few hours and I had to wait 45 mins while they worked on it. While the scheduling was an issue, KJ apologized and comped the entire service as he didn't want a customer to leave unhappy. Very rare to see this great customer service nowadays. Also, their rates were very reasonable. Will return!”

“Thanh and his team did excellent work on my car! They were fast, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the whole process.I got in my first car accident, and I had no idea how to go through the insurance process. I called around to try to figure out what to do and how long it would take. All of the shops I talked to before STAGE had at least a month wait time for an estimate and didn't take the time to explain the process. Once I called STAGE, Thanh walked me through the whole process and said he would have an estimate ready by the end of the week.Repairs took about five to six weeks to complete, but they would have been faster if it wasn't for the current part's shortage. Either way, the repairs were completed before some other shops would have even given me an estimate. Thanh kept me updated throughout the process, and did a great job making things understandable.Overall, I would highly recommend working with Thanh and STAGE COLLISION CENTER. I hope I never need collision work on my car again, but if I do I will definitely be returning.”

“Josh and Tony treated me like extended family from the very first interaction we ever had. They performed a complimentary computer engine light check and reset for me and sent me on my happy way. Later on, they squeezed me in when my car completely died and I needed to have it towed. 2 days later it was road ready! They always spoke very plainly and clearly to me about the work that they felt needed to be done and any possible extra charges so I wouldn't be surprised. I didn't feel like they were trying to over-sell un-necessary repairs like some other shops do. Would highly recommend to anybody!”

“I had my first ever body shop repair with Bel-Kirk. I was quite nervous about price, transparency, etc. since it was my first ever repair, and Bel-Kirk exceeded my expectations in all aspects. After they took my car and opened it to look at the internal damage, they called me with an updated estimate based on the internal damage on the same day. Then, Tina was very responsive when I needed to coordinate the payment between Bel-Kirk and my insurance - this was critical to ensure I could get the car back on time. Finally, the car got back to me in 2 weeks and was like new, no signs of damage. I will definitely go to Bel-Kirk again if I need a repair, though obviously I hope I won't need it :)”

I called and they told me come right over, they looked at my car and gave me a quote while I was waiting for a ride home. Everyone was friendly, and very communicative. He showed me once they took the wheel off, and pointed out what needed to be replaced so I was confident in the price they gave me. Parts came over the weekend and they got it done a day after that! Very thankful for the quick work!”

“I just absolutely loved these people and I wanted to make sure everyone knew about them.I took my Honda Civic in for front bumper repair when it pulled out from the left a bit by the parking stop (a little concrete slab line). First I went to two other shops in the area and they don't even bother to come out and take a look and began to give me estimate dates that were at-least a month out. One guy even refused to really talk with me which was so weird.Driving around disappointed I saw and rolled into this place, Showcase, and was met by a very friendly classic American charm. The front-desk lady asked the estimator to go out with me and look at it right away. We came out and he realized it was a small piece of work. He brought out his mechanic with a toolbox who fixed it in less than 15 minutes right there in front of me, while I had a very nice chat with the estimator, Rod. Who does that anymore?They charge me very very reasonably and I even offered to pay more but they declined. I honestly could not believe such amazing people still existed around here. I was ready for loosing a lot of money. This place is a gem.”

“We have been taking our cars here for at least twenty years. This was our first visit since Pete sadly passed. I have to say that Jake is every bit as talented as his dad and pleasant to work with. This time it was because my wife had hit a deer. We only had the one car so we walked around town while Jake made a special effort to finish the job as soon as possible. He's got an awesome crew and they did a great job. We were extremely pleased as always.”
