“I had a fantastic experience with this Protech Auto Body Repair shop and highly recommend them! They were one of five shops I considered, and I’m extremely happy I chose them. From the beginning, the owner was very understanding of our situation, communicated with us throughout the entire process, and worked with us to keep the cost reasonable. Their pricing was significantly better than the other quotes I received, but there was absolutely no compromise on quality. They were fair, honest, and I never felt like they were trying to price gouge us. My vehicle had significant driver-side accident damage, including the bumper, T-bar, and several other components. Everything was repaired beautifully, and the car looks great. Even more impressive, they completed all the work in just one week! “update my review after the shop had the opportunity to address my concerns. Initially, I was disappointed with how the situation involving the additional scratches and damage was handled. There was some disagreement about responsibility, and the communication at that point could have been better. However, I really appreciate how Caliber ultimately approached the issue. They took my concerns seriously, brought the vehicle back in, and worked to make things right. I just picked up the car, and they did a very good job. The paint looks great, the scratches have been addressed, and I no longer have any issues with the repair. I especially appreciate a business that is willing to revisit a difficult situation and ultimately stand behind its work. Problems and disagreements can happen, but how a company responds and resolves them is what matters.”

“I had an unexpected engine failure recently on a long trip (we were far from home) heading down 405 with 3 young excited kids that became bummed real quick when we were steering to a median to try to get to a safe stopping spot. Collision Masters were made aware of the problem and said no problem to trying to get a speedy diagnosis and fix. Ron took lead and had me answers within an hour and a fast turn around for an unfortunate fuel pump failure that decided to take a dump on our trip. I was appreciative of his thoroughness, communication, speed, and appreciation for the hand that I had been dealt that day. I wish I lived closer. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here. No upsell, just straight to business. Honest. Got the job done.”
