“Stopped here to do a load of laundry between National Park visits. Machines worked perfectly, I got to dry my clothes for free on “Free Dry Tuesday”, and the manager was super friendly and helpful! Not to mention the cafe was comfortable and enjoyable to spend time in. Highly recommend!”
“Not all laundromats are the same, and this one is a cut above given the world-class wonderful employee I encountered ("Nicole"), and the clean, serviceable, well-built, quality Electrolux and Maytag machines, and the VERY handy credit/debit card machine payment ability (some machines also accept coins, and there is a reliable change machine on site). The facility is spotlessly clean, with plenty of parking, fully self-service or leave your laundry for reasonably priced full service. There are nearby walkable cafe's, shops and markets to purchase a snack or accomplish errands. This place is a gem. Hint: pay attention to the Google "busyness" meter under "Popular Times" in order to find a less busy time to do your laundry.”
“We were welcomed in and shown which machine would best handle our bedding. Extremely kind and helped out with my kiddo while I was loading the machine. They use either coins or phone app which is a huge help because I didn't have any money on me.

Street parking available and there are a few restaurants/coffee shops around if you want to snag some food between cycles.”
“I brought my Grace Loves Lace wedding dress here and they did an absolutely amazing job. The fabric was extremely delicate and unusual, and I was really happy with the work they did. Other places were trying to charge 50% of my dress price, which seemed outrageous. I also had to get the dress altered one more time after the wedding because the delicate fabric on the train was destroyed from walking around. I was so grateful she was able to restore the dress. The prices were reasonable and I will continue to come here for all of my dry cleaning and alterations needs--I am happy to trust them!”

“This establishment is impeccably clean, sanitary, free of hang arounds and nonsense. The owners come in nightly to clean and chat with customers, they are very welcoming & humble. Washing clothes seems to be a tad less then anywhere else you can't find a better price for drying clothes anywhere, 5 minutes for a quarter! That's a dollar for 20 minutes! I'd recommend this laundromat to everybody even if it means driving just a little bit further to get your clothes done.”
“Repair itself came out great. However my jacket did not appear to have been laundered/DWR treatment like I signed up for. When I asked them about this, they said they "didn't have that noted when checked in", even though I specifically made sure to confirm it when I dropped the jacket off. I'm not local, and told them it was unfortunate that I'd have to ship the jacket back to them again out of pocket for this service, upon which they ghosted me.”

I walked in with a vintage overcoat and the owner excitedly talked me through the material make-up, the fact that it has a union tag (so apparently that means it was manufactured before 1982 in the US!), how to replace the lining, etc. he told me how his cleaning materials would interact with my coat, gave me a quote, and encouraged me to look around to make sure I am good with his quote. I’m definitely coming back!”

There was a choice between Jay and another business that was in Seattle but in the end Jay was the right choice. I received quality customer service, with consideration by the store manager, for the drive made to their business on not being able to pick up on the day my order was ready.
