“Paddywack in Mill Creek is such a reliable store! They have a great selection, but the real standout is the service and quality. My cats became obsessed with a specific treat that sold out everywhere, and Paddywack offered to call me when it came in and they actually got it ahead of schedule. I also love contributing to their free community library for treats and toys, plus the option to donate open dry food that gets inspected and sent to shelters. It’s thoughtful, sustainable, and the employees are consistently kind and helpful.”

“had a super oddly specific request where one of my dogs is a much slower and weaker chewer than my other, but still wanted her to have as much fun as her brother. the staff gave 2 recommendations, and both dogs are so happy! Fae (the brown girl, light chewer) is eating the No Hide Dog Chew salmon recipe, and Toby (tan boy, heavy chewer) is eating a beef cheek roll!”

“Amalia is amazing! We went to pick up new dog and cat food to transition but we didn’t really know where to start or what was best for them. Amalia was so helpful and she had so much knowledge for both cats and dogs. She helped us find a new dog food brand we could trust with our Doberman puppy that wouldn’t break the bank. Taught us about the ingredients in the food as well which was super helpful. She also told us about a new program that lets us try out wet cat food so we can transition our cats and find out what they like and don’t like without breaking the bank and wasting food. “Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide on what product to get for my dog that was having some inflammation in his joints and hips. I ended up getting two different brands of a liquid hip and joint supplement and it significantly changed the way my dog moved. It was very obvious that the product worked to improve the inflammation and the pain and the connective tissue issues he was having before taking this product. He didn't limp anymore and he didn't stretch his neck or sit in a weird position and his eyes looked clearer and he just had this swag about him that complimented his whole body. His energy and overall pain free self really helped him have a better quality of life. I also purchased a cold weather coat for my older dog and the quality was excellent and she wore it every day she spent any time outside in the winter months. I didn't feel sad or bad anymore when I looked out the window and saw her enjoying the time she spent outdoors again. I will shop here and recommend the store and the employees to others that are looking for a quality pet store that offers quality products and knowledgeable staff that are also friendly and so help full when you need to make sure your pet that is a part of your family is living there best life possible. “Stopped by today to pick up a treat for our new dog. Our senior dog passed away a year ago today, and this past year on his birthday we took in a senior stray “hospice care” pup. She’s the sweetest and doing so well! My 3 year old and I picked out a toy and a treat “from our previous dog” as a present for our new dog to say thank you for showing up at just the right time to take care of us. Everyone at the store was SO KIND! They walked us around to pick out the best toy and gave my daughter a sucker & a sticker at check out! They clearly cared so much about our dog and helping us find the right thing for her! Thank you!”

“This Mud Bay location is one of my favorites. I try to come in every Thursday morning when I have time. I know 3 or 4 of the employees really well, I am always greeted at the door with a warm welcome in, always asked if there is anything they can do to help - they always answer my questions to the best of their ability and if they are unsure of any answers or don't have a product in stock, they always offer to check other stores. If I think a product has gone up in price they never have an issue searching what I paid for the product last time. Mud Bay in general is the only pet store I shop at. I moved to Mill Creek so I go to that location often now but Bellevue is my favorite location so I try to stop in when I am in town & have the time. Thank you Mud Bay for being so kind, helpful and through.”

“This is a nice place to self wash your dog. The tubs were easy enough for my dog to get into, the water was nicely adjustable both for heat and the amount of spray. The air dryer made quick work of drying him. Nice to have clean towels available and the facilities very clean. It would be nice to have different types of soaps available, however. Next time I'll probably bring my own shampoo.”

“i just got a new cat!! i’ve never had my own cat before, so i wasn’t sure what she would need. i asked the staff and they were so friendly and knowledgeable about different types of litter, dry food, wet food, and treat options. they also gave us some samples to try out to see what she likes best! i also had a bit of a panic right after my girl’s spay- she got the cone off in about 3 seconds, even when i tied it tighter. i took her in and they helped me find a bodysuit that would fit to cover her incision til it heals. i will definitely be coming back here!”

“I cannot say enough about how much I love shopping here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they obviously really care about their customers and their pets! I have two cats and went through a period of time where they were being really picky about food and one was having digestive issues. At All the Best they were so understanding of what I was going through trying to find food that works for my cats! They have a color coding system which lets you know the textures of different food etc… but the game changer for me was one of the employees recommendation of an enzyme supplement that I mix into their food (the wisely one)! Once I started mixing the enzyme into their food the little one stopped having digestive problems and they both decided they agreed on a food they liked. I think maybe it wasn’t so much the food but how they felt after eating it that made the difference. I haven’t had them snub anything since they started the enzyme.In addition to providing great guidance on food etc… the staff is just really friendly and seem to genuinely like talking to their customers and hearing about their pets and lives. When I’m feeling depressed or yucky I usually avoid errands because I get anxious and I never feel the need to avoid coming here. I know if I come in feeling less than 100% that I’ll leave in better condition than when I came in. I don’t buy cat food anywhere else anymore! This shop is my #1”
