The service is impeccable, knowledgeable, and caring. The staff are very nice and the employees are 5 star. The building and environment are great and cozy. It is highly recommended for anyone looking to adopt a cat or kitten, with many gentle cats and cute kittens available. The grooming service is essential, especially for senior kitties, leaving them looking great and feeling much better and more energetic. The grooming team provides excellent customer service. It is a fun place to go for toys or just to hang out and chill with the cats. Children are reluctant to leave. It is also an amazing experience for volunteers. People thoroughly enjoy themselves and give huge thanks to the team.
I couldn't have asked for more. Everyone here, especially Nancy & Hailey, are attentive and sweet. Very respectful and its obvious they all have a calling to do this work! I know my Bynx is in good hands. The vibe is a pure, authentic love for cats.
