“Friendly service and nice vibe but for sure, pricier than most places I go. As a snake and gecko breeder, I'm usually spending $110 a week at my usual place. The same items were almost $200 here. But I had no choice, so I made the exception. Thry hsve amazing fish though and this is my biggest reason for being there. Overall if you need something in a pinch it's a good place to go but there's other places for better savings.”

“I’ve been coming to this store since I first got my pup, she’s now 4!! Taylor was one of the first people to educate me on her needs and spent so much 1on1 time with me fitting her harness, we’ve bought 4 ruffwear harnesses because of him now!! Lynn is also nothing short of wonderful, she remembers my pups name always, and recognizes me by voice. She’s outstanding, offers so much wisdoms without judgement. The store is lucky to have her! I will keep coming back solely for these two. Little expensive but they always have ranges! they have the best return policies and everything there is quality stuff<3 can’t say more amazing things about Lynn + Taylor plus the whole store! ???”

“Great store, really kind and knowledgeable staff. I came in looking for some calming aides for my elderly dog. The staff was so helpful and caring. They even gave me some fresh pet food samples for my dog. He loves them! They went as far as suggesting supplements and items they don’t even carry. They just truly care. I’m basically only ever buying pet products from here!”

“The staff at this store is the absolute best! I have an elderly cat with kidney issues and a rescue dog with soundness issues as well as a rare condition that requires a specialized diet. There is always something wrong with these 2 and when it comes to diet, the vets usually steer us towards the medical grade foods which are not seeming to work for them. On more than one occasion, I have had the team at this store offer to research ingredients and manufacturers to help us get the right products. Their recommendations have helped immensely! They never balk at taking extra time with us and I am grateful. For example, I recently bought a new bag of food but my husband said it was the wrong one. He went back to exchange and they reviewed our purchase history and determine it was the right one. When he got home, he said oh it was the right one to which I replied "oh so you just went over there and wasted their time" and he said "yes" lol. Anyhoo, you get what I am saying. This is a great team and I am happy their in our neighborhood!”

“This is our favorite spot to shop locally for our dogs in Kirkland. The ownership is hospitable, kind, informative, helpful and fun to connect with. There's no better pet store around.. Plain and simple. I snapped a photo of the beautiful flowers out front today while my husband ran inside for our three sweet dog's food.”

“It's a bummer the larger Kirkland location closed. I've had to use this one as my new spot. Unavoidable, but worth it for day-to-day supplies.Despite being a smaller store the staff is always helpful. Doesn't have much of what I look for in stock, outside the usual stuff like food and litter. They told me about the Petco Membership and I'm saving so much on cat supplies each month. I'm getting more out than I put in! I just paid $0.21 (normally $20) for a 28lb container of litter because of it.”
