“The guys here are super friendly and so helpful. I was considering going to a different major tire chain, but I’m so glad I came here instead. Shoutout to Ben who works the counter, who was honest, friendly, and professional. I also witnessed him interact with a customer in Spanish, and I could tell he made the customer feel comfortable and did his best to communicate.”

“I needed a last minute inspection of a car I was considering buying. Dan and his team were competent, efficient, and educated me about their findings. Their expert eyes revealed a couple of fixable repairs which I appreciated; I was able to negotiate a lower price because of their discoveries. Dan took his time explaining things to me and didn’t rush things. I’ll be returning for future car maintenance.”

“I had a fantastic sales meeting here with Mike A. Ask for him! I met with people from 5 dealerships looking for the right car. And while the right car didn't end up being from this dealer unfortunately, my meeting with Mike was by far the best one of all of those. He is professional, down to earth, straightforward, and I could clearly tell he was trying to do right by me. Thank you Mike!”

“Beats the other tire shops in the area easily. Having an appointment actually means something unlike Costco and they get you in and out real quick. I've had problems at other discount tire locations but this one is on top of things”
-
19926 Hwy 99 A, Lynnwood WA 98036
“I've been using these guys for years and my God they saved my life. Why spend a thousand bucks on a tire if you're going to drive over a nail anyway. I get a new tire from them every time something bad happens and I'm still coming out way ahead on prices. Usually they're here to put a new tire on for me in about 10 minutes!”

“I had a great experience at Pep Boys. Michael and his team did an excellent job changing my oil, transmission fluid, and they also completed the three-step service to flush out the buildup from my exhaust/muffler. When I drove my car out, it felt light as a feather and accelerated much better. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Earls Garage for over 22 years. They are very honest and trustworthy. I never have to worry about my wife going in to pick up her car. They treat her with the same respect as they do me. The prices are always fair and the service is great. They to an excellent job communicating with any repairs on our cars. I highly recommend going here. We drive over 15 miles one way to get there. Used to drive a lot further. 😁 Totally worth the drive!”

“I track a car, which means I go through tires like a wood chipper goes through branches. I need alignments, tweaks, adjustments, and whatever mystery suspension issue pops up next. Hankook Tires has handled all of it without blinking. Sean, the new owner, is awesome. They’ve worked on the family fleet, removed screws, fixed alignment issues, recommended body shops, and kept everything straight — literally. His staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and somehow still smiles when I roll in needing “just one more set.” They even put new tires on my sister‑in‑law’s kid‑hauling, vroom‑vroom‑less, totally‑silent, personality‑free Tesla and dialed in the alignment perfectly. Thanks for all the tires, Sean. The cars are grateful!”

9175 Willows Road Northeast, Redmond WA 98052
“Kevin was very generous and specific with his inspection findings and recommendations. He discussed options, pros and cons of various choices, and gave me his honest opinions about the risks/benefits of the options available. Not pushy at all, he wanted me to know and understand, the choices, and choose the best option for my circumstances. . Kevin impressed me as being extremely knowledgeable and competent, gave me detailed information about the steps he took to do my job with a very high level of perfectionism. Plus he had a free loaner car for my use while my vehicle was being serviced for several hours. That was a great help, and very uncommon in my experience. My work was completed on time, for exactly the amount quoted (which was very reasonable, I got 3 bids). Friendly and polite and very professional service. I am impressed. Brakes felt GREAT when I used them on the drive home. I highly recommend KD Automotive!”

“In July 2026, had them replace a starter on my Honda Accord, which required some labor just to access it. I appreciate they were flexible by allowing me to bring in my own replacement part. They responded to my online request for appt quickly, and I was able to bring the car in same day. They installed it efficiently with a reasonable labor charge. Turnover time was good. Happy with the service and the billing.”

12856 NE 85th St, Kirkland WA 98033
“They fixed my leaking tire issue where lesswab, costco, firestone can't fix it. It's an easy finding for pep boys, they identified a small crack on the rim and replaced the the rim with new rim. But where as lesswab , cosco and firestone guys told me that they fixed the leak. But they didn't. One said there is a nail and removed the nail, another said valve is leaking and replaced the valve, but it's not the root cause. The Crack on the rim visible to a naked eye, but not sure on how they couldn't identify it.”

“Alex was so courteous and professional. He was able to get my car in quickly for a pre-purchase inspection. They were done on time, the report was in-depth and thorough, and Nico got me out of there quick as a wink! Greg's charged me almost half of what other locations are asking. Now a days, it's so hard to find good customer service. Thank you, Greg's, for exceeding my expectations! I would certainly recommend them to anyone!”

“ETA: still 5/5 - it's a great group of mechanics who can answer your questions, give reasonable diagnostics and advice given the age/condition of the car, and don't act like it's a hassle to talk to you about it. 10/10 will return again”

“Cleaned out a rodent mess in the air filter after the car sat for over a year. Hazards of living in the country. Completely repaired both front and back brakes, changed the oil, flushed fluids, and were helpful and friendly throughout.”
