“I normally don’t write reviews, but Carriage Rebuild really deserves the recognition. I brought my Toyota rav4 in for auto body repair after a hit and run accident. The car also had some dents in the front and back.
Before coming here, another body shop quoted me over 10k and even suggested I should just get rid of the car, which was discouraging since it still has low mileage.
When I visited Carriage Rebuild, they took a look and told me the damage wasn’t as bad as I thought. Their estimate was almost half the price, and they were able to complete the repair in just 3 days, including the weekend. Communication was great and they kept me updated during the repair.
The auto body work turned out great. My car looks as good as new. I would definitely return here if I ever need body work again.”

The team at Bellevue GMC advised me on what not to do to prevent further damage, they recommended a tow truck company which had experience at handling the situation and they allowed the insurance adjusters access to the truck. Jourdain checked me in promptly and took the time to carefully listen to my somewhat peculiar issue—random horn honking on my EQE 500. He clearly explained the diagnostic process and outlined potential parts that might be required, which gave me confidence and set clear expectations. He also arranged a loaner vehicle without any hassle, making the entire experience extremely convenient.
Throughout the repair process, Jourdain kept me well informed with timely updates. While my vehicle was in for the horn issue, I also had them complete my two-year electric vehicle service, handling everything efficiently and professionally.
When my EQE was returned, it was freshly washed and vacuumed—an appreciated finishing touch that reflects the pride they take in their work and customer care.

“I have been shopping here for years. It's a nice store with a great staff. I just bought a new set of tires and Quad Lock charger a few days ago. I also just found out the staff gets a commission, so I will be ordering in the store now instead of online so they get the bonus they deserve. It would be great if the store hired another employee just to install tires. Ricardo gets hammered with all the installs.”

I had an issue with an out of state title that took a long time to resolve. Eastside Junk Cars patiently helped me navigate the paperwork so that everything was ready for them to take possession of my old truck. They even picked up the vehicle without me needing to be present at the storage location.

One of the other places I went to called me a few days later and wanted to talk to me about possibly doing the work for less than their original estimate, but I told them it's not necessary. When I got my car back, I was very satisfied because they did a great job of restoring it to its original condition.”
