“5/5 Stars Incredible Staff, Above-and-Beyond Service! I can’t say enough good things about the team at this Kenmore location. The people who work here are truly kindhearted, knowledgeable, and work harder than anyone I’ve seen at any other auto parts store. When my husband hit a major wall with a complex repair on his truck, their staff was patient, encouraging, and went out of their way to make sure he had everything he needed to get through it. They treat you like family, not just a transaction. Even the customers who shop here reflect that same great energy, offering advice and encouragement. If you want top-notch customer service from a team that genuinely cares about helping people, skip the other stores and come here. A huge thank you to the staff for going above and beyond!”

“This is our second vehicle we purchased from Carter Subaru and Mary specifically. Working with Mary, the finance department and all staff involved in the process of buying our new vehicle, has been exceptional. Always recommended Carter Subaru with the highest regards and we will continue to bring our business back.”

“Mike Cardenas helped get me into a vehicle I loved with a payment I could afford, despite being in an awkward financial situation. Above and beyond! It’s the first time in my life I’ve been able to get a car that I WANT vs a car I’m stuck getting. Highly recommend!”

“Spend a few bucks. Its relaxing lounge area with TV and computer use. Refreshments while waiting and bathroom. On 2nd floor. I'll be back. Buy your vehicle here and get your vehicle service here. The service team here is awesome. I highly recommend Honda of Lynnwood. They suggest what is need now or coming up. They don't just try to sell you what you don't need. I live in Kent and drive both my honda to Lynnwood for service. Everyone is very friendly. Very Good service all around from service to sales to parts. They service lawnmower and sell garden equipment beside selling vehicles.”

“I was in last week to get my car serviced, and Donnie was a great help. I was told by a different place that something may be wrong with my car, but Donnie took the time to explain what the issue is and some more maintenance practices to help keep my car in good condition.”

“I normally don’t write reviews, but Carriage Rebuild really deserves the recognition. I brought my Toyota rav4 in for auto body repair after a hit and run accident. The car also had some dents in the front and back. Before coming here, another body shop quoted me over 10k and even suggested I should just get rid of the car, which was discouraging since it still has low mileage. When I visited Carriage Rebuild, they took a look and told me the damage wasn’t as bad as I thought. Their estimate was almost half the price, and they were able to complete the repair in just 3 days, including the weekend. Communication was great and they kept me updated during the repair. The auto body work turned out great. My car looks as good as new. I would definitely return here if I ever need body work again.”

“Had to get my Sierra 3500 towed in for a major issue. The team at Bellevue GMC advised me on what not to do to prevent further damage, they recommended a tow truck company which had experience at handling the situation and they allowed the insurance adjusters access to the truck. All this was done in a very timely and professional manner with frequent updates on status. I really appreciated the quality of service.”

“From the moment I drove into the service bay at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood, I was warmly greeted by the service team and immediately felt well taken care of. My service advisor, Jourdain, was exceptional from start to finish. Jourdain checked me in promptly and took the time to carefully listen to my somewhat peculiar issue—random horn honking on my EQE 500. He clearly explained the diagnostic process and outlined potential parts that might be required, which gave me confidence and set clear expectations. He also arranged a loaner vehicle without any hassle, making the entire experience extremely convenient. Throughout the repair process, Jourdain kept me well informed with timely updates. While my vehicle was in for the horn issue, I also had them complete my two-year electric vehicle service, handling everything efficiently and professionally. When my EQE was returned, it was freshly washed and vacuumed—an appreciated finishing touch that reflects the pride they take in their work and customer care. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood for their excellent service staff, top-notch facility, and outstanding customer experience. Jourdain and the entire service team truly set the standard for what luxury service should be.”

“Fantastic shop. They recently fixed up a wheelchair van for a family with a special needs child, which says a lot about the kind of people they are. They’ve also taken great care of our own vehicles. The shop itself is incredibly clean and organized—top-shelf operation all around. They are an asset to the community. Can’t recommend enough.”

“I have been shopping here for years. It's a nice store with a great staff. I just bought a new set of tires and Quad Lock charger a few days ago. I also just found out the staff gets a commission, so I will be ordering in the store now instead of online so they get the bonus they deserve. It would be great if the store hired another employee just to install tires. Ricardo gets hammered with all the installs.”

“Would highly recommend. Someone always answered the phone and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. I had an issue with an out of state title that took a long time to resolve. Eastside Junk Cars patiently helped me navigate the paperwork so that everything was ready for them to take possession of my old truck. They even picked up the vehicle without me needing to be present at the storage location. Excellent service, easy communication and scheduling, reliable, and fast. The whole package. Five stars. Thanks guys!”

“6 STARS. I was rear ended and they did a BEAUTIFUL job on the new bumper. Cheap worthless humans at the insurance company only wanted to do aftermarket bumper on my car and greenwood auto body fought them and got an OEM bumper. As an automotive technician I highly recommend them. Thank you Han and everybody else, if they can fix an AMG they can fix your car too!”

“I went to 3 other body shops and the estimates I got ranged from 75-100% more than what L-M quoted me, so of course I went with L-M. One of the other places I went to called me a few days later and wanted to talk to me about possibly doing the work for less than their original estimate, but I told them it's not necessary. When I got my car back, I was very satisfied because they did a great job of restoring it to its original condition.”

“This shop must have some of the nicest, most helpful staff in the country! Called in about a seat bracket, live out of state. Spoke w/ Judson who walked me through each option. He told me where to measure on the car, knew the exact specs of his product, and finally, used a combination of parts to achieve my goal of a lower seating position in my r34. Thanks guys, wish you were local!”

“They were fantastic. I had a small area on my back wheel well that was not associated with the insurance claim ( the reason I was there). I asked them to quote me what that add on to fix and I would pay out of pocket. They suggested an option that worked and did it as a courtesy! So wonderful. I would highly suggest them to someone needing body work.”
