“I came in, no appointment or anything, and they got my oil changed in under an hour in addition to doing a courtesy check on other fluids. Price was a little over 100 bucks which is good in my book. Everyone was friendly and polite. I can’t believe I’ve been going to the Firestone instead. They’ve made a permanent customer out of me.”

“This should be everyone’s first stop for a flat tire. 25$, in and out in under 20min, and he let me watch and ask questions the whole time. I’m a curious person and have never seen a patch so was cool to watch.

“I've been here a couple of times - once to help find a leak in a tire (ended up being a bent rim on the inner part of tire) and most recently to remove a security lug nut that I lost the key for. Their prices are very reasonable and I have received immediate service each time I've visited since my issues were able to be resolved on the spot.
To my knowledge they only accept cash and there is no ATM nearby.”

The staff checked out my car right away, walked me through why my old tire couldn't be fixed, and found a new one that worked for me without making things confusing. Everyone I talked to was polite and answered my questions, which I really valued. My only real complaint is that the scheduling and communication weren't great. I expected a few updates that day, but it took longer than I thought just to find out when my car would be ready. Aside from that, the service itself was solid. If they sort out the communication and scheduling, this could easily be a five-star shop.”
“I stopped into the West Seattle Les Schwab today after a tire pressure warning light came on shortly after having my tires filled elsewhere. Joey was incredibly helpful and discovered that all four tires had been significantly overinflated. He showed me the readings, corrected the pressure, and took the time to answer my questions and make sure my tires were safe.
