“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”
“The team was easy to work with. Our new washer and dryer came in on time and delivery/install installation was smooth. We got the speed queen brand and it did take a couple of washes before the new rubbery smell came out of the machine. But it’s very quick efficient and quiet.”
“all around great company, some of the employees will bend over backwards to get the job done. others, like this guy names HECTOR is a complete waste of money. messing around on company time, editing his logs at work, and taking an excessive amount of time to do the work hes doing. everyone else gets gold stars, but that Hector guy shouldve been fired MONTHS AGO”

“These guys rock! Very competitive price. In my case, the fridge was less than 2 box stores. Free delivery, and removal of old appliance. The installation team even took the time to explain options after they installation it.”
