“I've been doing business with Traffic Jams for over 25 years now, and they continue to deliver. I recently had my Mazda3 outfitted with aftermarket audio equipment to finally get the sound I wanted — factory sound just doesn't cut it in that car.
Mark has always been incredibly helpful. He listens to what his customers actually want and communicates clearly throughout the process. This install took a while due to some intricacies involved, and even though I told them to just have at it, Mark and Ty still paused to double-check I was getting exactly what I wanted. That kind of attention to detail says a lot.
Jon was the main installer, and his work was flawless — right down to cutting my floor mats so they'd fit perfectly with the new equipment positioning. They even worked with me on pricing.
