“Lost my wallet in the parking lot. By some miracle someone actually brought it back to the store and I was able to pick it up. Thank you for who ever did that. Love this store.”

“Ace Hardware is the place to go if you want that personal service. It feels like a small town hardware store with everything you need. Every time I come to Griggs Ace Hardware, I am treated with respect and kindness and you get the sense the employees are glad to be there.”

“We had some interior doors that needed to be replaced. We were very impressed in the customer care that we received from Brittnay, as she took care of all the details including picking out doors that were nearly identical in color and grain to leading us out into the yard where their millwright shop is. The gentleman who milled the doors was very helpful with taking the old doors and loading the new, and most importantly, they fit perfectly into our door frames. The price we paid was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!”

“all around great company, some of the employees will bend over backwards to get the job done. others, like this guy names HECTOR is a complete waste of money. messing around on company time, editing his logs at work, and taking an excessive amount of time to do the work hes doing. everyone else gets gold stars, but that Hector guy shouldve been fired MONTHS AGO”

“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”

“Had 30 inch Flourescent bulbs!! Awesome! But expensive and Washington State Environmental fee was charged. All 4 worked great. 4-3-22 Found some plants for yard. Colorful. Very good selection Found a Kohler toilet on sale to replace a failing home toilet, and discounted installation as well. I discovered online that the installer may not be coming with a wax ring, so I went back the next day buy one, and ended up buying a Rubber and wax ring to be ready for my installers preference. Good selection of 3 price range products.”

“I was in Lowes this am thinking they wouldn't be busy. Mistake. I waited for 25 minutes for someone to help me in isle 15, after telling two staff that I needed help getting a product down from top shelf. No one showed up! That's why I fave a Home Depot account! Took my husband to Lowes in Pasco, and we were pleasantly surprised by Chi and Neal that helped us with our purchase. They spent time answering questions and assistant that should have been shown to me at the Lowes in Kennewick. Thank you Neal and Chi!”
