“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”

“This store is massive and their staff (especially in the tools department) is awesome. Went looking for a few items and the gentleman there (Devin) was beyond amazing!! Very helpful and knowledgeable about where the items i needed were. Was also kind enough to walk me to the area i needed to make sure i got the correct items. (Bonus ladies he was super cute and friendly to boot!) Will definitely be back and now i think i need to find more projects so i can visit the store more.”

“I was in Lowes this am thinking they wouldn't be busy. Mistake. I waited for 25 minutes for someone to help me in isle 15, after telling two staff that I needed help getting a product down from top shelf. No one showed up! That's why I fave a Home Depot account! Took my husband to Lowes in Pasco, and we were pleasantly surprised by Chi and Neal that helped us with our purchase. They spent time answering questions and assistant that should have been shown to me at the Lowes in Kennewick. Thank you Neal and Chi!”
