“Husband's car battery died a short walk from this shop. The terminals were extremely corroded and we cleaned them with coke. Then we went to Battery Systems and lucky for us, the people working here were super helpful and kind. They tested the battery, jumped the car, and sprayed anti-corrosion stuff where needed. Shared some advice as well and got a bolt out of a socket that was stuck. Didn't charge for anything, but I know we'll be coming here when we need a battery. Thanks so much!”

“This was my first time visiting the store, and I was very impressed. I had placed my order online, and the battery was ready when I arrived. The technician started by checking the original battery before replacing it. Even after finding a low voltage, he didn’t rush to replace it—instead, he carefully checked the alternator to make sure the issue wasn’t elsewhere. His approach was honest and clearly not driven by making a sale. Once he confirmed the battery needed replacing, he handled it professionally and completed final checks afterward. I also received the advertised refund for the old battery. Overall, the service was excellent, and I highly recommend this place based on my first—and lasting—experience.
