“Husband's car battery died a short walk from this shop. The terminals were extremely corroded and we cleaned them with coke. Then we went to Battery Systems and lucky for us, the people working here were super helpful and kind. They tested the battery, jumped the car, and sprayed anti-corrosion stuff where needed. Shared some advice as well and got a bolt out of a socket that was stuck. Didn't charge for anything, but I know we'll be coming here when we need a battery. Thanks so much!”

I called O'Reilly Auto Parts and a Parts Specialist named Jakob diagnosed the issue, drove to the gas station with a new battery, ran a test on my alternator, and stuck with the problem until I was safely back on the road. He also kept me laughing the entire time. Customer service doesn't get better than this.”
