Clean rooms. Comfy beds. I would have given a high review but the tub was clogged which they had to have known as slow as it drained. Things like that should be addressed properly for that kind of

They over charged me,by saying it's a refundable deposit, which they never refunded and when I called, the lady was very rude.Be careful with them, they will take your money, was charged 448 for one night for a hot tub

Plenty of better options in the area. They do offer early check in but it cost $35, even for 20 minutes. It hadn't snowed in over 24 hours yet the parking lot and walkways were covered in snow and ice. When I mentioned that my toddler had fallen because of the hazard, the clerk laughed. The walkways, lobbys, and elevators were left covered in mud. The rooms are clean and spacious and the morning shift was very kind and helpful but evening staff clearly did not care to be there, and was often not there at all. We stayed there because they offered a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. We were not told (even after requesting a room near the pool at check in which we were denied) but the hot tub and sauna were both closed. The pool was open but was not heated and the entire room had construction equipment and insulation laying around which was pretty dangerous for our small kids. The breakfast had many options but there was no fruit option, the yogurts offered were expired and the eggs were cold and watery. Literally, any other hotel in the area would have been a better option.

The BW Kennewick is my other go-to for the tri cities dependent on what part of town I'm working in. It feels newer and is definitely kept up and clean. Rooms are nice. Close to the highway and food options. Service has always been quite good.

We were trying to drive 18 straight through...did work. We were looking for a hotel that had parking for a truck pulling trailer..this one did. We pulled up about 1:45 am to see if they had any available rooms. ...yeah they did. Wyatt checked us in: 1. Wyatt was awesome so calm and professional 2. For what we needed it was pricey BUT they do offer discounts for military veterans and other discount rates. 3. Breakfast 6am-9am...we missed that 4. Our room view was the back of a building Rooms are older, clean and simple, K-cup coffee machine with coffee, cups and necessary condiments. At 5:20 am smoke detector alarm woke is up. Shock the crap out of us. I raced out into the hall...someone had burnt toast setting off all the hotel smoke detectors. Hard to get back to sleep after that. I really don't know if I would stop here again...the price didn't support what we got use to. It suited our last minute needs.

Great pet friendly option, though expect a $35 pet fee. The lobby was very inviting, the room was very clean, spacious, and had great amenities, the bed was very comfortable! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.Noteworthy details: AAA member discounts

I’ve never written a bad review, but I’m appalled at the service & condition of this hotel. My family and I have stayed here a handful of times, this is our last. First off, I was charged $35 pet fee, the website says $15. If this is the new fee, update your website. The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. I immediately asked to change rooms, front desk staff was accommodating, our 2nd room was fine. Breakfast was ok, there was a man talking loudly on the phone in the dining area making it quite telling he’s the owner. All of the work staff seemed to be on edge around him, gave off a very unwelcoming vibe. The inn was rather empty, 20 mins before check out housekeeping tried entering our room without knocking first. Then 5 mins after check out time, as I was leaving my room a different woman was standing at my door, she rudely asked me if I was staying another night, I said absolutely not. She waited at the end of the hallway to make sure I was leaving. It felt like my every move was being watched, a very uneasy feeling settled in my stomach. I gave the creepy man “a look” as I put my keys on the counter, none of the 3 female work staff lifted their heads to acknowledge me. I will never be staying here again. Ick

I thought the bed and pillows were too squishy. Our room had a view of Walmart and the unsavory characters in the parking lot. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety. The room had great amenities towels coffee microwave mini fridge etc I would say it is decent 3.5/5.Food & drinks: Breakfast included

When you walk into this hotel the smell is absolutely horrific, it continued all the way through the hotel. Once we got to our room I sat on one of the beds and it almost fell to the floor. It was completely broken. My sons allergies started flaring up bad from whatever was the smell. But they did allow us to check out. We ended up staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kennewick. It was fantastic. I'm not sure what the smell was but we were thinking possibly mold.

I don’t usually write reviews or even bad ones at that. Me and my kids were traveling late and we got told the breakfast was open from 630am-1030am I go in the morning at 10 nothing was out I asked the breakfast attendant at least for a muffin or something for my kids she was extremely rude and said look at the signs were closed have a nice day in front of my two young daughters. I talked to the front desk and did the said the same thing. The attitude was really unnecessary. The rooms also had a dingy smell in them and their shampoo and cleansing soaps were really cheap. Not to mention there was a huge spider in the room. It just didn’t seem like a clean place to stay.

Cleam rooms with comfy beds. Prices were pretty fair. They place was a mad house with kids because of a hockey tournament in town. The folks moved us to a quiet part of the hotel and we had a great stay. Their breakfast had yogurt, fruit, and hardboiled eggs which is great if you are gluten free.

Wonderful Best Western! From the front desk staff to the breakfast in the morning was great! Girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and above all CLEAN :). We stay in quite a few hotels, and the Best Western Hotel is our go to for quality in a stay. Thank you!!

Great hotel. The staff was most excellent. Checking in was a breeze and the young lady was super helpful. The pool and hottub being open 24 hrs is awesome. Great clean facility. The breakfast is great ,scrambled eggs and hashbrowns and sausage patties one morning. Ham patties the next morning. Waffles and all the fixings. Really good coffee. Great job ladies. The maid service was helpful when we needed something. Our first-time here..It won t be our last.
